− It was very good, only thing slightly negative was I didnt find laundry detergent even though there was a washing machine, and no dishwash liquid/dishwashing accessories, which would be have to be bought for a longer stay

− I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel in Batumi. Upon my arrival at 4:00 PM, the rooms were not ready and were only prepared after 6:00 PM. Additionally, the rooms were far apart, and it took considerable effort to have them changed to be closer together, per my request. While the hotel’s location is excellent and the rooms are spacious, the housekeeping service was very poor, and there was no telephone in the rooms to contact the front desk. Most disappointing was the experience at checkout. I was fined for being approximately 15 minutes late after 12:00 PM and was threatened with police action if I did not pay. I was outside preparing the rental car and returned to find my children removed from the room and our luggage placed in the hallway. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, rude, and completely different from their behavior at check-in. This experience left me with a very negative impression, despite how beautiful the country is and how respectful the people of Batumi are. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving its customer service standards

− აბაზანაში წვეთავდა ბაკი და სულ იდგა წყალი. პარკინგზე ისევ არ აწვდიან ინფორმაციას და მუდმივად მჭირდება ახსნა რომ აქ ვცხოვრობ და არ უნდა გადავიხადო. მოკლედ არც ისე მაღალი დონისაა ეგ ობიექტი..

The room is spacious, the place is good next to the sea and shops are available but there are is a better option.

− I didn’t like the electric trip, charging for the extra pillow, my room internet wasn’t working, leakage in the bathroom some staff are not comfortable to talk and only caring about the money not the comfort of the clients.

+ The hotel is located on the first line of the embankment and has a good view if you choose a view towards the park.
− To be honest, the shower room is not very comfortable and cozy, and in my case, the water boiler was dripping, but it seems that the problem was eliminated
