− Disappointing stay – we left after one night Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, and we decided to leave after only one night. There were several issues with the apartment. We had a problem with the bathroom, there were mosquitoes inside the apartment, and the windows could not be opened, which made it difficult to properly ventilate the apartment or get fresh air. There were also additional charges that we were not expecting. We were asked to pay 20 GEL for bed linen for the children, despite the children already being included in our reservation. We were also surprised to discover that the indoor pool advertised among the facilities requires an additional payment of 65 GEL per person. The main problem was not one individual issue, but the combination of several problems that made the apartment unsuitable for our family. We contacted the host and tried to find a solution, but unfortunately we did not feel that the proposed solutions addressed the problems sufficiently, so we decided to leave. I would strongly recommend checking exactly what is included in the price and which facilities require additional payment before booking.

Severe financial fraud, hazardous safety issues, and toxic black mold!

− DO NOT BOOK HERE! This property, managed by Giorgi under 'Batumi Royal Apartments', is a total scam. We arrived with a 2-year-old toddler and lots of luggage, and the host immediately forced us to pay the full price of €570 IN CASH on-site. Once inside, we discovered severe fraud and horrific conditions: 1. Financial Scam (Misrepresentation): We booked a large rectangular apartment of 45 sqm. Instead, the host put us in a completely different, unlisted, rounded corner room. According to the official Orbi Sea Towers Block B floor plan, this corner room is only 33 sqm. We were cheated out of a third of the living space! 2. Biological Hazard: The bathroom is covered in dangerous black mold. It is a severe health risk, especially for young children. The walls throughout the property were covered in stains from smashed mosquitoes, and we woke up with numerous painful bites after just one night. 3. Broken Amenities: The shower cabin is completely broken and held up from underneath by a wooden board. 4. Safety Issue: There are thick, bare electric wires sticking out of the wall directly above the bed in the bedroom. This is extremely dangerous. 5. No Workspaces: The listing promised 2 tables (critical for remote work), but there was only 1 kitchen table. The wallpapers were torn and covered with stains from smashed mosquitoes. For the safety of our child, we officially checked out on Day 1, left the key cards at the main reception, and had to spend more money to book another hotel via Booking.com. Booking.com Customer Support officially confirmed that the host went into hiding and refused to answer their inquiries during the investigation. Avoid this place at all costs!

+ Very welcoming owner gave me a bigger apparemment available for the same price, as I arrived before the standard check-in time. Perfect location, nice side sea view, quiet, there are all the équipements for a longer stay than just one night. Good value for this low price.

− Would be just perfect with some refreshment after busy season (messy shower joints and window's veils, weary sofas, shower cable leaking).

+ Отличный хозяин Георгий - ответственный и очень гостеприимный. Приехали раньше и заселились раньше без всяких вопросов.

− Нужно понимать, что это не отель, а апартаменты, которые находятся в большой башне с ещё кучей таких же номеров. В соседнем здании ночной ресторан с музыкой по выходным до 4 утра. К этому надо быть готовым. Отдельный момент - это абсолютно бредовый режим доступа к электричеству - через ключ-карточку в специальную розетку, как в премиальных отелях. Но! холодильник также подключен через эту систему и из-за этого он бесполезен - не успевает наморозить и охладить продукты.

Отличный вид который компенсирует многое

+ Отличный вид с балкона) Хороший матрас, высокий этаж , достаточное количество лифтов чтобы не ждать долго. Отзывчивый хозяин Георгий. сразу реагировал на все просьбы. Хороший кухонный уголок. Стиральная машина )

− Требуется больше внимания к фонду, особенно в ванной комнате. Душевая требует замены, есть черная плесень, вытяжка не работает от этого постоянная сырость и запах. При заселении отсутствовали фен, сушилка, (выносят с собой предыдущие жильцы, Георгий все принес новое) гладильная доска сломана, сковороды исцарапаны так что ими нельзя пользоваться,

Kainos ir kokybės santykis geras

+ Patiko labai vaizdas pro langą. Taip pat lokacija, arti jūros ir miesto centro, tikrai malonu pasivaikščioti kiekvieną dieną. Vadybininkas su kuriuo susirašinėjau, stengiasi padėti mums, nors ir ne viskas nuo jo priklausė. Prie lifto eilių nebuvo.

− Minusu čia buvo daugiau nei pliusų. Švara, kambariai nebuvo pakankamai švarūs, valo nepakankamai. Nesupratau kodėl WC patalpoje vienas ritinėlis popieriaus savaitei keturiems asmenims- rimtai? Remonto apartamentai jau reikalauja. Užuolaidos suplyšusios, kurios nepakeistos nežinia kiek laiko(skaičiau senuose atsiliepimuose apie jas). Reikmenų virtuvėje trūkumas - nebuvo normalaus peilio(teko pirkti), nebuvo mentelės vartymui. SVARBIAUSIA - prašė jiems atiduoti vieną pasą visam rezervavimo laikotarpiui, kaip užstatą. Įspėju visus keliautojus(ypač iš užsienio) tikrai to nedarykite, tai yra neteisėta. Mes nei vieno paso nepalikome, leidome tik nuskenuoti. Taip pat nesuprantu kodėl booking nurodo, kad aš ilsėjausi tik 1 naktį, nors buvome ten savaitę.

+ The view from balcony was stunning, conditioner was super helpful, as in the middle of August was very hot in Batumi. We loved the location, the beach in 5 minūte walk, you need just cross the street. There are a lot of markets near by. Apartments are located in a center of tourist attractions, so you easily can find everything you need. The host was helpful and immediately responded to all our requests. We had amazing time in Batumi.
