It was one night and we only needed to sleep after a long week of business in Baghdad and it was close to the airport. I

+ It’s in a very convenient location.

− They don’t accept cards and this is one of the bad things. Also, all the mentioned amenities are not available, you have to request them and insist to get them. They’re trying to economically not add them in the rooms and we booked a suite which should be fully equipped. Towels were missing, we were two and only had one towel and 1 small shower gel and one small shampoo. Also the hotel is old in furniture and equipments. The pictures are from long time ago.

+ Very clean and very quiet. Breakfast was good.

− I asked for a non smoking room, but the room I got smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff are not friendly - nobody smiles ever. They need to learn how to smile.

+ Smooth check in and check out, helpful English speaking staff. Neat and clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet. All amenities available on Shahrah e Rawan including mall. Imam Ali haram 15 minutes and airport 20 minutes distance. Big money exchange next door but hotel also provides monry exchange. Bring dollars in 100 notes coz money exchange will offer you less rate if one has scrap dollar notes. Good location in Najaf Ashraf for zayreen.

− Management needs to consider converting thd hotel into 5 star in future if possible.

− Booked a single room and was given a suite - PERFECT UPGRADE. THANK YOU SO MUCH. But, there was some weird noise coming from either water system or heating system, in the night which repeated for around five minutes every 10-15 minutes. A bit disruptive.
