BAKU RESIDENCE Luxury in Nizami street

Exceptional

+ Mükemmel hizmet. Hashem bey çok ilgiliydi. Ev tertemiz ve evimizdeki gibi rahat hissettik. Bir sonraki gelişimde de aynı yeri tutuyorum.

+ I did not like this residence at all. The owner was very unprofessional and unhelpful. I couldn’t even see the original apartment I booked because they moved us to a different place . I would have shared photos, but I never got to stay in the actual property advertised. I do not recommend this place.

− I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Baki Residence. We didn’t even get to stay in the apartment we booked. The owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. After arriving, we were told that the apartment we reserved was not available, and instead they sent two men claiming to be “managers” who took us to a completely different apartment. The place we were taken to was not what we booked — they said it was a three-bedroom apartment, while we had reserved a one-bedroom unit. We waited for over an hour, and there was no electricity. After that, they tried to move us to yet another apartment. By this time it was almost midnight, we were tired, and our whole day had been wasted. When we finally reached the other place, they demanded extra money, insisting we pay in cash, despite the problems being entirely on their side. Their behavior was unprofessional and very stressful, especially at such a late hour. I do not recommend Baki Residence. The experience was disorganized, dishonest, and disrespectful. Definitely avoid to save your time and peace of mind.
