+ The room was huge, with lots of space to keep our stuff, room service was excellent - the room was cleaned even if we left later in the afternoon - the staff was very kind and helpful. There's a 24h convenience store inside the hotel as well, which is super useful.
− The AC in the room was old and pretty noisy. The dryer in the hotel's laundry wasn't working so great, our clothes came out piping hot yet still damp - there's a self-service laundry nearby though, which was a lot better. The TV in the room had some pretty bad sound quality.

+ I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel isn't new, and you can see some signs of age, but it is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are wonderful – always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. I also received a great offer for a taxi service, which even took me all the way to Pattaya. The breakfasts are very varied and delicious, with plenty of choice. There are also restaurants on three different floors offering various Asian cuisines, and the amount and variety of food available is truly impressive. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well looked after during my stay. If I am ever in the area again, I would be very happy to stay here again.

Great Stopover
+ The view, the food and friendly and helpful staff. My wife enjoyed a great 2 hour massage in the hotel. I enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and some cool beers in the Mini Golf bar. The breakfasts are excellent and a great start to your day.
− Difficulty in getting there owing to local road works. No Chang beer available on tap? There was quite a bad smell coming from a drain I think, in the bathroom.

Amazing view, but cleanliness and room interior definitely needs to be improved
+ The view from the top floors is a USP of the hotel, just amazing. The location is great, about 10-15 min walking from Siam. The personnel was really polite, helpful and nice.
− The room was quite shabby to be honest, once I saw that there was a small stain on the bedsheet.
