+ 10/10 recommend! We had a great stay here, the hosts were so friendly and knowledgeable. We had great conversations with Asif. The place was very clean and comfortable, and in a good location. We had welcome dates grown by the owners, very yummy! A perfect introduction when arriving to Oman for the first time.

Can't be a better place to stay in Mutrah!
+ What a lovely place to stay! So welcoming , so clean, so authentic, so obviously cared for. Only been open a year and now very well run. Great location, and atmosphere 100% recommend
− The Omani breakfast we had on Day 2 was way better than the English style one on first day

+ The guesthouse manager and guardian is very kind and welcoming. The room is clean and calm. Guest room is central and with a parking lot close by. Plus a little cat Lili, so cute and friendly.
− Nothing. - Would be even better with a kettle and a little fridge in the rooms.

+ This guesthouse exceeded my highest expectations. In six years of traveling, I have never come across a place so charming, filled with warmth and a family atmosphere. The location is fantastic—you can sit on the terrace for hours watching the ships—and the owners' hospitality is truly heartwarming, making you never want to leave.

It made my heart smile
+ It is like visiting a friend’s home. You are instantly welcomed with smiles and easy conversation. Any questions you have or anything you need help with just ask. The roof terrace is lovely and great to sit and chat while taking in the view or cuddling their Beautiful cat. You can make a drink whenever you like and also refill your water bottle. I already wish I was back there😀

A comfortable stay at this welcoming guesthouse in a great location
+ We were warmly welcomed by Mohammed, Aseef and Said. The property was spotless, comfortable and felt like a real Omani home. Said gave us a great city tour, which covered all the sights we were interested in at our pace. He made it fun and shared his personal knowledge as a Muttrah local.
