Disappointing

+ BEWARE: you will never get your deposit back... ... if you don't ask explicitly for it when you are checking out. The lady in charge of it started to take over the whole conversation as soon as I walked to our with my key room for the check out. She made a point to suddenly speak about her travels to every big German cities, so that I couldn't place one word. As my taxi for the airport was arriving at the same time, she managed to make me forget about my deposit. Only when I got to the airport I remember about it. And of course it was too late to turn back as the airport is one hour driving distance from Patong. This management is clearly dishonest. If you don't like people stealing your money by calling it "deposit", do not stay in this hotel.

+ L'emplacement , le jardin, le calme, le grand réfrigérateur, le wifi excellent.

− Décoration un peu vieillotte.

+ Staff were amazing, good location and restraunt is lovely! Tried to extend our stay we enjoyed it that much

Good price if you don’t mind noise.

+ WiFI Excellent. Large room with sofa and chair and full sized fridge. TV worked - UK Sky news.

− Noise. Bar next to hotel and another sports bar part of the hotel 2 metres from my room. Also annoying noisy frogs etc at night ( though this not the fault of hotel). Like most cheaper end hotels in Thailand staff have habit of talking loudly or shouting when cleaning rooms. Staff should be seen and not heard.

+ Spaziosa, vicino alla spiaggia e tantissimi ristoranti, negozi..

− Niente. È molto semplice ma per un soggiorno veloce va bene
