Laimai Courtyard Restaurant & Bar opens daily from 06:30 until late and serves a wide variety of Thai and international dishes, as well as fresh seafood caught from the Andaman Sea. The swim-up SXY SX Pool Bar also serves cocktails and light snacks. Meals can be also be enjoyed in the privacy of rooms. Baan Laimai Beach Resort is about 16 mi from Phuket Airport, while Jungceylon Shopping Center is within a 10-minute walk. Shuttle services are available at a charge. + The rooms are nice Housekeepers are wonderful Air conditioning was nice
− The reception staff I think they are nice but the hotel rules make them look bad as there are no flexibility. I asked for twin bed room they said it is not available you have to wait till tomorrow and if you will change rooms you have to pay !! Changing room fee !! Also it took so long till we had our rooms ready

− We where disapointed with breakfast as it was heavily oriented towards Middle East guests. No beak beans, no usual beacon, no tomatoes, no mushrooms, no yogurt

Need to address pool access for older people to get in and out.

Very good except for the tiles being very slippery
+ Thought the property and staff were great .
− The tiles in the hotel was very slippery as they let people from the pool walk through without drying themselves first .My husband slipped down 5 times due to that and he is 71 yrs old so not very good need to do something about that .

− The hotel was very run down, the decking around the pool was dangerously loose, also the rooms was too close to the band, which played every night until 11.30

− Check in and check out. All are humiliating. Long wait and slow response. I suggest that the management diagnoses the problem and find solutions. This my second visit in five years and the problem still exists.
