If you are interested in surfing in Phuket, this is a great place to stay. It’s just a 5 min trip to Kalim Beach and the host is an excellent and experienced surf coach who was a champion surfer previously. You can also rent a scooter with a surfboard rack here, which can be difficult to find in Phuket. The property is very quiet and has excellent views, while being close enough to the busy part of Patong. I thoroughly recommend this place.

We liked everything about this hotel , great value loved the surfing theme , good pool area and outside facilities, rooms was spacious and clean and the beds were super comfy and big

the hotel is situated on a steep hill , but we was able to order grab bikes and taxis to get us around

Great value for the money

The room is great, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is good, just 20 minutes from the beach, and we had no trouble with the walk uphill. It has a toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and microwave, so you can save money on meals. The housekeeping staff and the receptionist are very polite and kind. I highly recommend it! We don't use them, but there's a pool and a mini gym, for that price, there's no better option.

I wish there had been blackout curtains on the balcony door; it was hard to sleep in because of the sunlight. The pillow was a little too high for my liking.

A perfect vacation

We loved everything. The hotel was very clean, located in a peaceful environment, and all the staff were friendly. Communication was easy and smooth. The location is great—close to both the city and the beach. The hotel’s amenities are excellent for the price.

We have nothing negative to say—everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Yes, the accomodation is located at a steap hill. Nothing more :)
For check in and check out: just let the staff or owner know the times, they will make sure they are there!

A beautiful, calm and comfortable oasis in the middle of Patong owned by a good and inspiring human.

Staying at Baan Andaman Sea Surf villa and meeting the owner Decha was the absolute highlight of our time in Patong. Honestly, we could have stayed indefinitely. The property is set back from madness up a short steep hill, which after you have walked up it a few times becomes easier and a welcome after dinner exercise routine. The villa was spacious, well equipped, comfortable, a lovely shower and even had silk bedding to keep you cool at night. The view from the private balcony was wonderful. One side mountain and the other the sea. Lovely sunrises and sunset views and the sounds of nature everywhere. This property is an absolute gem and we’d return to Patong only to stay here and to see Decha who is such a good and inspiring human who shares his beautiful home with so many.

A very authentic place. Cleaning is every day. Location and viewing from the window excellent.
