The biggest issue was during the night — the receptionist was unprofessional, rude, and seemed like he didn’t care about guests at all. Instead of helping, he only made things more difficult. Additionally, there are massage therapists downstairs who are very pushy and try to overcharge for their services. It felt uncomfortable and not worth the money.

+ Location. Just beside patong beach and public bus stop dolphin circle. This Side beach is not crowded.

− The hotel was not clean kept having yo spray the room for little bugs , cleaning done every 3 days . Only leave ine toilet roll for 2 people for three days and two towels for three days for 2 people . Mountain of stairs too climb as no lift . Booked booked double room when we arrived we were on top floor and double room means two people we got 1 cup and 1 balcony chair had to go buy two cups . If it hadn't been for the fact we were stranded becouse the iran war we wouldn't have stayed but with little money left and stranded for extra 3 weeks we didn't have much choice .

Great location and good staff service, but housekeeping could be improved.

A great value place in Patong

+ Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Phuket. This was 5 mins away from the Patong Beach, making it a highly convenient location. There are tons of eateries, massage parlours & supermarkets in the area. There was a 7-Eleven just opposite the hotel. The best part was even though the hotel was on a busy road, the sound from outside didn't reach my room. The room was clean and spacious, and fitted with an AC and a mini fridge. Both were indispensable considering the 30+ temperatures we faced every day. They provided a couple of fresh water bottles for each day of my stay. The bathroom too was clean and toiletries were provided. There was 24x7 running hot water. The Wifi was strong throughout my stay. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Overall a great value place in Patong!

− I stayed for 4 nights but never saw my room getting cleaned. Maybe they could have cleaned the room more frequently.

− It’s a tropical, why there is no fan in the room? Only AC was there and it was too cold when it’s ON and hot when it’s OFF. That was very uncomfortable

+ Locations it good location, if you want rent the bike near to this hotel have bike rent. Locations for halal food also not so complicated

− Maybe can change the aircond, that aircond quite old. Toilet not to clean need more deep cleaning and shower curtain need to change
