Very Good

+ I really loved the location of the hotel. It was close to everything, including restaurants, tourist attractions, and other places of interest, while still being away from the noise and crowds. I also really appreciated the staff and their excellent service. Everyone was professional, friendly, helpful, and understanding throughout my stay. Their kindness and welcoming attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. I would like to sincerely thank all the hotel staff for their wonderful hospitality and pleasant treatment. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back again.y

− Regarding the things I didn’t like, there were a few areas that could be improved. First, there were no smoking rooms available. Also, I had specifically requested two rooms that were either next to each other or directly opposite each other, but unfortunately, the rooms I was given were quite far apart. The bathroom was also somewhat small and felt a little cramped. In addition, there was no telephone in the room, which made it inconvenient to contact the hotel staff when needed. Overall, these were minor inconveniences, but improving them would make the guest experience even better.

Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage

+ Das Hotel war sehr sauber, sowie modern eingerichtet. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß mitten in einer belebten Umgebung mit Restaurants, Geschäften und allem, was man braucht.

− Die Dusche ist leider etwas unglücklich konstruiert. Sie ist sehr eng und beim Duschen spritzt das Wasser schnell in alle Richtungen. Die Regendusche war dadurch für uns kaum nutzbar. Das ist allerdings eher eine Kleinigkeit und hat unseren insgesamt guten Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.

Decent place, smaller rooms, away from the crowd

+ The price was good, with a large bed. The room and lobby were very clean and it was in a quieter location.

− Shower was incredibly small. Would have been better to have no shower walls and an open bathroom. The smell was quite pungent at times due to smokers below the window. Ultimately, I left early to another place as a result.

+ I had the pleasure of staying at Azizi Boutique Hotel in Phuket for a few nights and was genuinely impressed with the experience. The food was delicious, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making me feel right at home.

+ We were so happy with our stay at Azizi. On arrival the staff was so friendly and we felt so welcomed. The room was comfortable and beautiful. We had an amazing nights sleep and it is close to the market and shopping mall. We had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant in the morning. This will become our go to hotel for our stays in Phuket. Thank you to the staff for making out stay so amazing.
