− Room windows was to the pool, hard to get sleep around 11pm becouse every day very loud music

Good place for kids but not adult couples.

+ It was clean. Welcoming. Good food selection. Free WiFi. Pool was clean. Spacious room. Good for families with children as there were lots of kids or for couples that like the beach or laying by the pool with big crowds with load music.

− Location - it’s built next to the busy road and nothing around to do by walking distance. The only place you could walk it was Land of Legends with lots of expensive shops and restaurants, designer brands. Seen it once and there is nothing else to do. Hotel does show in the evening, went to see one show, it was colourful but all kids orientated show, reminded me of tele-tabbies. This hotel is good for families with kids but for adults only - I don’t think it’s a good place, I would not stay there again.

It’s ok. But not luxury.

+ The room was clean, the pools were spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning service was provided daily. And they bring us a birthday cake for my sister 🥹❤️

− I believe that most of these issues are not the hotel’s fault, nor are they things the management can really control. Unfortunately, some of the guests behaved very poorly. During buffet hours, it often felt like a race, as if some guests had never seen food before. This was despite the fact that there was plenty of food available, and everything was regularly replenished whenever something ran out. At breakfast, I even saw one guest choosing toast by grabbing all the slices with his bare hands and then putting them back. The same thing happened with the sun loungers. When we came down in the morning, almost all of them were already “reserved.” Guests would leave their belongings on the loungers and disappear for hours, sometimes staying away for most of the day. In reality, they would use the loungers for no more than a couple of hours, yet they would keep them occupied all day. I also noticed plastic water bottles and drink cups left on the floor. People would drink a little and simply leave them behind. This was particularly disappointing because of the unnecessary harm it causes to the environment. It honestly made me wonder: when people are given freedom, is this really how they choose to behave?

Good value family all inclusive

+ Rooms, staff, pool were all great. Food wasnt too bad for an all inclusive.

− General cleanliness of the rooms and the pool area could be improved.

Considering what we paid, the hotel felt pretty average. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t remarkable either. For the money,

+ The staff were vey friendly and helpful.

− The coffee machine in restaurants I didn’t like the coffee

It is a wonderful vacation

+ My review is for the summer period I am sure things can be change after summer. Food was great we tasted everything especially about Turkish food which I recommend a lot. I see some staff having the same food which is very nice to see them in the restaurant. I hope all the staff is having this option.

− I am deeply sorry that customer profile is very low, they put their trash everywhere, trying to occupy seats even for the evening kids shows. I can recommend to Hotel to change their services and bring more educated people from the same country instead of these people. The slide pool was blurry especially after lunch. And I didn’t feel it is clean, but again people are waiting in the slide pool with their babies, and using there as a baby pool and adult pool to sit on the stairs and relax. The staff is not handling to get them out, I understand they are not enough as number and of course very tired because these people doesn’t understand and cannot be educated. The slide pools is not for babies but unfortunately parents are sliding with them and no one says nothing. The slide rules are not being implemented as general as well, therefore it is very crowded and impossible to enjoy. But again these reviews are for summer I am sure it cannot be the same in the other periods.

Excellent

+ The pool was very nice and clean, the slides are incredible. The food was very good, the guests in the dining area are a bit too frantic (wild) during meals. But I guess the hotel cannot have influence over that. The cocktails were great, the evening shows were very interesting, the spa is nice, good quality service. We were very satisfied as a family.

− The elevators take a long time sometimes and the bathroom tap was often stuck, hard to open gently. Otherwise it was incredible.
