+ Very well located , confortable and clean room. We had a plane to catch in the morning, they even packed breakfast box for the trip.

+ Nothing was good

− Everything. The staff couldn’t speak a single word of English. There was none at reception so we needed to call to let them come. The breakfast was served in a different hotel. The room was so small and on the street so we couldn’t even open the curtains.

Nice place, well located.

+ The place is nicely equipped and clean. The apartment is small but it has everything we needed. Although it is an apartment they also came to clean during our stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

− The location is a bit noisy (at least in August) as there is a club close by, and you can feel the vibration of the metro when its goes by, but just some earplugs did the trick when needed.

Overall, it was a good stay and if you don’t mind the train sounds and it being windowless it was a nice stay. Specially

+ Fully furnished and decorated, clean, and with good service.

− The room didn’t have a window, which made it feel gloomy and enclosed. On top of that, there was a lot of noise from the trains, and it shook the whole room.

Very new and clean apartment in central location

+ Very clean and well equipped for a longer stay. Short walk to Republic Square. Equipment and facilities seem brand new. Breakfast was good but a 10-minute walk away at a sister hotel.

− Situated over metro and there is a rumble with every passing train - I got used to it eventually. Somewhat cramped and the only window was next to the street where people often wait and talk on phones a metre or two from your bed.

Disappointing

+ The location is wonderful. Room is newly renovated clean.

− The location may be convenient, but my stay was unfortunately affected by several issues. First, both check-in and check-out had to be arranged directly with the host in advance. I was only about 5 minutes late for the pre-arranged check-out time of 9:30 AM, but the reception kept knocking on the door and rushing us, which felt quite uncomfortable and unnecessary. Second, breakfast is not served in the same building. To be fair, they did offer to deliver a breakfast box, which was appreciated, but it is still something guests should be aware of. The biggest issue was the noise. I stayed on the first floor, and the room had very little privacy — if the curtains were open, people walking on the street could easily see inside. The building also seems to be located above or very close to the metro, and I could feel or hear the trains every 10–15 minutes until almost midnight, then again from around 7:00 AM. On top of that, there was renovation work next door until around 6:30 PM, with loud banging noises. Overall, this was not a relaxing stay. I would not recommend this room for light sleepers or anyone looking for privacy and quiet.

+ It’s perfect, clean and in the center

− The hotel staff had very poor communication throughout our stay. We often had difficulty getting information, and we even had to wait for someone to come to the reception desk for the check-in. Overall, the service was disappointing and not what we expected.

+ Room is very comfortable, the location also great. Check-in was smooth and nice.

− There was some misunderstanding while check out we almost get late for the bus, but I hope they will improve that.
