Great space for a tourist stay in Yerevan
+ A cosy room but with all the necessary amenities and a nice bathroom. Great location in Yerevan in easy walking distance to most places. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was generous and great options.

Pleasant
+ Good location
− For some reason they put us in the first room next to kitchen. Look, you had other free rooms, so we could have been in more comfortable one.

Could be better
+ Good location, near city centre, close to everything.Staff, both reception and kitchen, were very friendly and helpful.Varied breakfast.
− Our de luxe room was in basement ???-pretty small, no windows, smells a little bit-feeling like you are in underground bunker.

Excellent
+ Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is served from 8.30, however they prepared us lunch boxes, so we could eat breakfast earlier when we had to leave early. The buffet breakfast is also really good. Location is perfect, sights are walking distance. The hotel and the room is nice and clean.
− Our room was quite dark

Pleasant
+ The staff were helpful - as much as they could, as English was not very well spoken. The price we paid however, was good value for money.
− Rooms are small. They also missed cleaning the room 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there.

Very Good
+ Nice breakfast, good location
− The room was a bit small, but it's not really an issue. Also, our door was just outside of the reception and the breakfast area, which made it a bit noisy

Pleasant
+ The stay was ok. Due to early check out we got a lunch box, but the food was not very well, but still it was a nice gesture. The location is good to explore the city
− The rooms were very small and in the cellar, therefore one room did not even have a window. The other room was that small that it was not possible to open the suitcase.
