− I was shocked when i arrived and was told that the rooms were full and i had already booked from this website a week prior my flight

Hotel overbooked and moved me to another hotel that had last mins room available with no prepared.

− They sold rooms with higher price for the walked in customer due to the Thailand EDC Event and try to cancel my booking finally we found out that became overbooked and move me to another bad hotel which didn't prepare for check in.

− Arrived and had been booked with them for 4 days; mind u. They overbooked and had no rooms for us at close to 10pm. Proceeded to send us to an alternate location telling us it would be an improvement. It was NOT! It wasn't even a hotel. It came up as a tattoo parlor. They literally were renovating it. It looked like they were just cramming beds into rooms with no wifi. Rooms also smelled like mold and were sketch as hell. Do NOT trust them

+ The owner gave me a motorbike ride to the hotel I actually stayed at.

− This hotel scammed us. They overbooked so there was no space in the hotel when we tried to check in. The owner proceeded to call us a ride to a second location which was "being renovated". The place didn't even show up on Google maps as a location, the "lobby" had a giant cockroach that looked my partner in the eye, and the room we received smelled so moldy that it was likely a health hazard. Oh, and the AC was broken. Needless to say, we had to go looking for a new hotel in the middle of the night as we were on the verge of being homeless in Patong (a situation I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy (and I hate my enemies)). Next day the owner says there's still no room at the hotel, but we can try another location that he's "renovating". We politely declined and started at a hostel instead. COMPLETE SCAM

− My first bad review.. Photos not even close to accurate. No balcony/terrace. Wall paper peeling everywhere, room smell like mold. Told by staff at 1030am checkout is at 11am, not 12.

+ Very clean, fast check-in, good location, friendly stuff. Qll was great.
