+ the food was always well presented and lots of choice. Entertainment was good.
− the wait to be served at the bars was too long the garden view room was not a good view.

Great for 4 star hotel not 5!
+ This hotel is great for 4 stars! The main restaurant serves delicious food! Good evening program! Near to shopping street! Kids liked water park. Turkish sweets and ice-cream was a blast!
− Small territory, good food only in main restaurant! Walking distance till the beach. Stuff is not really responsive to messages via booking.

Acceptable
+ Staff ,foods , sea
− They gave us different room old style and it was different in booking website photos. I talked to customer services and they were helpful. After that they gave us more smilar room like in photos. Old rooms beds are really uncomfortable and old style rooms.

Nice overall, if you do not mind going to bed late
+ Our room was spacious, with a nice balcony to sit in, and a nice touch of having a clothes drying rack there, the bed was comfy, and there was a fridge in the room. We really enjoyed the food, there was a wide range of choices, many healthy options. The water slides onsite were very much enjoyed by our son. The territory is big, and the hotel also has it's dedicated beach which is just 5 minutes away.
− The biggest issue - very loud music from the dance floor, pounding until midnight, so it was impossible to sleep. The hotel is positioned as kids friendly, but it is impossible to get a kid to sleep when the whole building and beds are shaking from the loud music! The choice of drinks was a bit disappointing, as well, no sugar free fizzy drinks, for example. There is absolutely nothing to do outside of the hotel and the beach, it's pretty obvious from the map, but just to point it out.
