A nice place with some needed improvements...

+ Quiet place, no noise at night from clubs/restaurants. Not far from the beach, restaurants and shops. Lift if you get an upper floor. Room had a washing machine, reception gave some detergent Has all the things if you want to cook something yourself (if not the reception can provide it).

− Bathroom sliding doors that don't close properly (there's a big gap). Strange smell in the living room. Burned hole in the couch (probably someone with a cigarette). There are holes in walls with wires sticking out. Most electrical sockets not fixed to the wall, they pull out. Floors kind of dirty.

The reviews were worse than everything is actually there. All acceptable, 4 out of 5 for that price.

+ Stayed in a hotel with children aged 8 and 11. One child slept on a sofa, the second on an extra bed provided by the hotel. It was comfortable. The hotel is well located, close to the sea and a lively street with cafes and bars. There is a pool and an elevator. The sea and beach at the end of August was perfect and clean.

− In the room need to make a cosmetic repair, there are small flaws on the walls and furniture. The shower holds poorly, but overall the cost is adequate for the room’s condition.

Fantastic location and nice appartment

+ Overall, we really liked our stay here. Apartment we stayed in was ideal for 3 people. Rooms are nice size and have AC in both living room and bedroom. There is 24 hour reception at the property in case you need anything. We asked for some extra towels and blanket and we got them immediately. Kitchen has a stovetop, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Bathroom is good size, and shower was working perfectly. Water always hot, good pressure and no clogged drains. There is a swimming pool at the property, but we didn't use it. Location is just perfect, in a quiet street, yet close to everything...public transport, supermarket, numerous restaurants and the beach. The beach is 5-minute walk away, through the park. We stayed for 13 nights, and during that time apartment was cleaned once.

− Could use improvement in cleaning, at least in between stays. Kitchen needs more pots, pans and utensils. Definitely need a drying rack for the dishes. More clothes pins and an extra laundry drying rack. The one on the window is really small. Would be nice to find a roll of kitchen towels and at least some basic stuff like some salt, pepper, sugar... The staff we met, didn't speak almost any English, but it's all manageable with google translate.

Nice hotel but choose the room carefully.

+ The staff were nice and changed my room/suite to a better one as the basement suite I booked initially wasnt clean. The suite I was upgraded to was Very nice had all the ameneties needed and was clean and comfortable

− Initially I booked the basement room, which had a strong odor coming from the drain in the bathroom (drain flies) and a lack of soundproofing so that noise from upstairs/outside was fully audible. The room shouldnt have been availble for booking if managers/cleaners had looked over the room. After staying 1 night I put in a request through booking/hotel to cancel the rest of my stay (4 nights). After which the hotel manager changed my room to one of the suites (hence the slightly better rating than it initially deserves)

+ We had a very pleasant stay at Aspendos Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Having a kitchen with the necessary utensils was very convenient, especially for longer stays. The location is great, with easy access to markets, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya.

+ the location is honestly so perfect, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, this was an amazing stay, im so grateful to the staff, thank you so much for a wonderful stay, the location is a 5 minute walk from the beach, and there a million restaurants around you within walking distance

+ The staff here are very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful, especially Fatma, who gave great advice on the area, and helped me find the bus to my next location. The apartment has everything you need, and is very comfortable. It's only a 2 minute walk to the beach, and there are numerous restaurants, shops, and bars even closer. Overall, great value for money and I highly recommend

Generally speaking, my stay was okay. The staff were very very helpful. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom

+ The location was very good literally 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach a lot of restaurants and mini supermarkets in the area. Very good public bus transport links to various parts a straight bus to old town. I also like the fact that you had a lift in the property, as I have mobility issues I also enjoyed the balcony really great sun trap. The bathroom was fairly modern had a good supply of hot water, although the showerhead was faulty . Good working AC the bed was comfortable . The swimming pool was on site, although I didn’t use it because I came in November however there are a number of steps to get to the swimming pool so be mindful .

− Unfortunately I found the appliances for the kitchen in the property unsatisfactory. The microwave was dirty. I asked for the microwave to be replaced which she did . The utensils were very old & dirty need replacing in fact most of the items in the kitchen I believe needs replacing very outdated didn’t look very hygienic including the cooker hob.
