Excellent Stay at Asil House, Istanbul

+ We had a wonderful 6-day stay at Asil House in Istanbul and would happily recommend it to other travelers. The owner was extremely responsive and always quick to reply to our messages, providing assistance whenever needed. This made our stay very comfortable and hassle-free. The property itself is new, and the room was pristine and exceptionally clean. All the furniture and equipment were in excellent condition, including the TV, oven, stove, utensils, bathroom facilities, and air conditioning. We especially appreciated the modern lighting system, which allowed us to switch between cool, warm, and white lighting depending on our preference. The room also had windows that provided good ventilation. The location is very convenient. A grocery store is located directly opposite the property, making it easy to buy essentials, fruits, and snacks. There are several restaurants nearby, along with many leather goods shops in the surrounding area. We could reach the Blue Mosque in about 20 minutes on foot, enjoying the numerous restaurants, clothing stores, footwear shops, and traditional hammams along the way. The Bosphorus can be seen from the street, adding to the charm of the neighborhood. The tram station, Grand Bazaar, and Beyazıt Mosque are all within approximately 15 minutes' walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the city's main attractions. Overall, Asil House offers excellent value, modern facilities, a great location, and outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul. 😊

− The only minor drawback is that the walk to the tram station involves an uphill route and takes around 10 minutes. However, this is quite common in Istanbul, where many hotels are located on steep streets. The property does not have a lift, but this was not an issue for our family. There wasnt an inhouse washing machine currently but I understand that its being installed, so that will definitely help the future travellers.

+ I have completed a four day stay at this property in Istanbul, and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. ​ The property is relatively new and well maintained. The pristine condition of the facilities provided a highly comfortable environment to return to after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was exceptionally caring, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our family felt welcome throughout our visit. ​the location is highly advantageous as it serves as an excellent central base with fantastic public transit connectivity as the nearest tram station is a just 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop is accessible within 7 minutes. This made navigating the city effortless. ​The only disadvantage is the streets in this surrounding neighborhood area which steep inclines. While this is a common characteristic of Istanbul's geography and has absolutely no bearing on the quality of the hotel itself, it is worth keeping in mind for travelers with mobility concerns. ​Overall, this is an outstanding property backed by a dedicated team. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we would highly recommend it as a well-connected base for any Istanbul itinerary."

+ Excellent apartment, very friendly and caring owner, location almost in the center of the old town (all attractions are within walking distance + there is also a tram stop nearby), remote check-in and availability of everything you need.

− It would be nice to add towel hooks for the face next to the sink, as well as purchase a shoehorn.

+ The apartment has obviously recently been renovated so everything is new. The beds are very comfortable and it is impeccably clean. The location is very convenient, close to all the major sights. I will definitely stay there again.

+ The apartments were quite nice, spacious, warm and clean. Good location. Even the streets around are empty after 19:00 already, there was quite safe in the area. There was no stove initially, as at the picture, but the host has immediately supplied us with it, when we asked.

− Bed clothes were a bit old. The room was on the side opposite to the street, and the view from window was awfull. Other OK)

+ Qendrimi yne ne Asil House ishte fantastik. Dhoma ishte shume e paster, e rehatshme dhe e mirembajtur. Pronari ishte teper i sjellshem, gjithmone i gatshem per te ndihmuar dhe pergjigjur pyetjeve. Mikpritja dhe sherbimi ndaj klientit ishin 10/10, prandaj e rekomandojme kete vend per secilin qe deshiron te shkoje ne Stamboll.

+ We were in Istanbul for the first time and stayed at this hotel. We really liked everything. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. The owner is very responsive and helps with all questions.
