− The facilities in very bad condition

+ Spacious,clean and comfortable. The clothing hanging rack is a plus point. Close to MITEC.

− Wish more utensils been provided. We had only 1 fork and spoon.

+ Value for money. Suitable for 2 adult. Facilities quite complete

− 1. Only 1 access card . So difficult if one go out and anathor one need to stay at room 2. Difficult to find out the mail box mk1 to get key and access card

Horrible experience never coming here again

+ I liked how the location of the venue was so convenient

− The property manager lied about of a few things, including the deposit where he made it very hard for us to get a deposit back purely because we are flying out the same day and he required us to have a Malaysian bank for us to be able to get a deposit secondly and more importantly the facility was not clean at all with bedsheets not changed and we could see stains on the bedsheet. They were not towels which were clean for us to use. They were hardly any other soaps for us to use. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

− The building’s lighting at night resembles a disco, particularly the lighting inside the lifts, which I found uncomfortable. I was also disturbed by the staff repeatedly coming to my room to inform me that I had ordered an extra bed, even though I had already clarified that I had not made such a request. They returned again despite my explanation. As I did not know who was outside my door or whether they were authorized to enter, I chose not to open the door. This situation made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about privacy and security. Furthermore, the blanket was itchy, and I developed rashes after sleeping with it for just one night. I did not expect this standard of bedding in Mont Kiara, Malaysia. The discomfort made me hardly sleep, as I constantly felt as though something was crawling over my body whenever I lay in bed. I accidentally broke the small low quality table just put a big bag on the table. They asked me pay for it because top o

− Pillow case dirty, no hand wash, no shampoo, no laundry soap, only 1 roll of toilet paper for staying 3 nights, cooking utensils so limited , furniture like table , chairs and side table were very low quality!

− The appartment need a bit of renovation

A spacious and comfortable unit, but the furniture quality and overly rigid guest experience could be improved.

+ The unit was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Overall, the basic accommodation itself was pleasant and comfortable.

− Some of the furniture felt rather substandard compared with the overall property. In particular, the bar stool was extremely uncomfortable and, in my opinion, potentially unsafe to sit on. The check-in instructions also felt unnecessarily rigid and overly prescriptive, almost like a list of school or military rules rather than a welcoming introduction for guests. Check-in and check-out times were enforced very strictly, which made the overall experience feel less hospitable than it could have been.
