Disappointing experience

+ great location and good breakfast

− Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. We arrived after 2pm and the room we had booked wasn’t ready, so we were “upgraded” to a superior room. However, the room was on the ground floor, just a couple of metres from the breakfast hall, where preparations started from around 6am every morning. The location of the room was very unfortunate right next to the reception area, toilets and breakfast hall, with constant noise and activity. We had originally booked a room with an inner courtyard view, but instead had a very high window overlooking the car park and busy road. At 1.7m tall, I couldn’t even reach it to open it. We would have much preferred our original room, or simply a room on a higher floor away from the kitchen and street noise, but unfortunately there were no other options. The member of staff was very apologetic and helpful, and I completely understand that the hotel was overbooked and it wasn’t his fault. However, it did significantly affect our stay. The Wi-Fi was also very poor and unreliable, the shower was blocked, and the mini fridge didn’t work. None of these things individually are a disaster, but altogether the experience was unfortunately not what we expected.

Good location and great staff

+ The staff is very kind and helpful. We had to change our room due to unexpected leaking of bathroom ceiling and I forgot my wedding ring in the previous room. They retrieved my ring and kept it until I returned to Tashkent. The location was good and close to city attractions. It’s very close to Seoul Mun which get’s very lively in afternoon.

+ Очень хорошее расположение отеля для прогулок вдоль Сеул Мун. В 5-10 минутах от отеля расположен центр семейного отдыха Мэйджик сити. Также недалеко находится станция метро, откуда можно доехать в любую точку города.

− 1. Сложности в поддержки связи с отелем. Были вопросы по трансферу. Указанный телефон не отвечал, через букинг сообщения персонал отвечает только после действий с бронью. В связи с чем пришлось добираться самостоятельно где на такси, где на метро. 2. Немного разочаровало заселение. За месяц была бронь с пожеланием на номер высокий этаж. На заселение предоставлен номер 2ой этаж. 3. Подготовка номера- отсутствовал пульт для телевизора( по запросу принесли), не работал фен, очень плохо сходила вода в душевой 4. На балконе и в номере по одному креслу при двухместных номерах. В остальном все было достаточно уютно

− The bed was uncomfortable with bellows The electricity shut down at night

Disappointing

+ The location next Seul was the only good thing about it, however it also had its disadvantages as it was loud and noisy outside till late night.

− Uncomfortable bed and pillows, the booked rooms were not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The walls are made from cartons, you can hear what is going on in the rooms next to you, corridor and outside. It was impossible to have a proper rest.

Я знал куда заселялся и по какой цене. В следующую поездку снова постараюсь у них разместиться.

+ Локация, лучшее соотношение цены и качества, персонал на ресепшене

− Отсутствует смена полотенец. Требуется косметический ремонт номеров.

+ Хороший завтрак , местополож , но сильно пахло канализацией

− Все после ремонта вроде , но запах канализации не давал спать включили вытяжку шум и окна на распашку , а зимой как? 502

Fantastic stay in a lively location!

+ I stayed at the ART REGENCY Premium Hotel from 15 to 18 August 2026, and it was a great experience. The price is very reasonable for the hotel's star rating. The room was clean, felt newly renovated, and was just the right size for two people. The reception team and all the other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location-wise, it is perfectly situated right in front of Seoul Mun, making it a very lively and happening spot, especially during the public holiday. It is also close to the airport and offers very easy access to public transport, including ride-hailing services like Yandex Go. I highly recommend it!
