+ The hotel is exceptionally clean. Great en suite bathroom, good sheets and towels and comfortable bed.

− Access to BBC channels would have been great as would English language film channels.

− Reception desk hid the staff. You want to ' see a smiling face'. No real evening menu but plenty of restaurants nearby.

+ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and were impressed with the overall service. The breakfast deserves special praise — there was a great variety of food, including both hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as different pastries and desserts. Everything was fresh and delicious. We would also like to thank the staff for their attentiveness and friendly attitude. Everyone was helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would be happy to stay here again!

+ Everything was pristine and of really great quality, it was all so impressive and am very glad I stayed here. Had some amazing and super comfortable sleeps here. I’m also a big breakfast fan and they did really fantastic with this.

Relaxing and refreshing stay

+ Newly built that's why the lighting, furnishings, design, and smell are all refreshing and nice. Maintain it well 😊 staffs are very hospitable (they also offered to store my other luggages on the first floor since I am staying on the third floor) and food selection is way better than other hotels within the area.

− It's good to add more hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom and shelves for toiletries.

+ I had a wonderful stay at Art Deluxe Hotel in Tashkent and would happily stay here again. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was comfortable and very well maintained. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities. On the second floor, there was an iron and ironing board available in the hallway, which was very convenient. Another thing that stood out was the hotel's beautiful interior. Every floor is tastefully decorated with lovely paintings, giving the hotel a unique and elegant atmosphere. The location is excellent, making it easy to get to the city center and explore Tashkent's main attractions. As an added bonus, if you pay in cash, you receive a small discount, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend Art Deluxe Hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent. It offers excellent value, outstanding service, a convenient location, and a very pleasant atmosphere.

− There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. Everything met or exceeded my expectations—the hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location was perfect. I had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return.
