Overall, the friendly staff and daily cleaning were positive, but the room and location were not as expected from the Bo
+ The staff were very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist. The room was cleaned every day, which was a positive point.
− The room was quite old and smaller than expected. It did not really look like the photos on Booking, where the rooms appear more spacious and modern. The location is in a very busy area, next to a local market/bazaar, with a lot of noise and activity. If you are not used to Mumbai, the area can feel quite chaotic.

+ Very near to NESCO exhibition center. Clean and safe. Excellent internal restaurant.
− Outside picture of the hotel is not exactly the same! Very noisy people in the corridor and in the other rooms, speaking loudly on phone, TV at maximum volume. I informed reception but they didn’t do anything.

− The TV was changed on our first day. Toilet flush had issue and was not responded at all ( seemed to be low water in the tank and got corrected in its own, but never got a response) It was too expensive for the kind facility. INR 35K, including tax, for one room, for three people for three nights was too expensive for the room. The room had some offer on Red label but was denied.

I expected a bit more

− There was a very strange smell of damp in the room and the only solution provided was an air freshener. It was not pleasant to stay in the room for a long time much less sleeping.

+ The staff was really nice and welcoming. Thanks to the receptionist Faisel, he helped whenever needed.
− When I came at check in at the time that I gave them for check in , they were still preparing my room. And they delayed it, and I had to wait for around 1 and half hours.

+ The room was quite nice and the bathroom was quite well maintained. The reception was nicely decorated and organised. Breakfast was decent.
− Did not like a particular staff at the reception. The man was very moody and irritable. Also, services were exceptionally slow at Rootopia.
