Good value for money. Other hotels were too expensive at that time.
+ Hotel with small individual houses, which was something nice and new to me. Friendly staff. I checked in late and there was no issues with that. Good breakfasts Great sport facilities and water part included into the price, although I didn’t use it since I had no time.
− The house is not new, in moderate shape.

+ Very happy with Administrator. She change us room imminently when we release they put us not in the room which we booked. Room is very nice. With wood.
− Food was very expensive. And small portions. For breakfast need to go little bit far. For Water park no happy at all. Needed to pay extra for some things. No organised for people at all. In room my son felt very hot during sleep. Air conditioner is very old. Was not working so good. Walls of flat need to pain again- some damage from leaking inside of the wall from air conditioner.

+ Spacious room, quiet area, and access to the water park. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the city center. There is also a billiard table. The staff are polite and helpful.
− The main drawbacks were that the in-room pool and sauna were under renovation during our stay. The lighting was also quite dim, especially in the bedroom.

Fun for kids but less exciting for the grown ups.
+ It's a little way out of the city centre, but yandex taxis are so cheap it's not a problem. The hotel with the breakfast was a couple of minutes walk away. Breakfast was ok, strange to have a view of the gym! the indoor water park was fine - beware you need a swim cap and also flip flops or sandals or you can't get in. We had to buy caps at the park for 3 of us. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful - it felt like we were the only guests! Perhaps it was early in the season.
− The resort is indeed a little tired. We were also disappointed that the outdoor water park was not yet open, at the beginning of June, even though the weather was super hot.

− The housekeeping staff didn't clean the room every day and failed to fully restock the amenities. Every time I returned to the room, something was missing—either there was no tea, no soap, or no sugar. By the last week, tea wasn't provided at all.
