Amazing!!!
+ The hotel was overall really lovely, close to the metro and main train station. But the real standout of the property was the wonderful woman who ran everything! She went truly above and beyond for me and was a superstar. Highly recommended!
− Nothing :)

Overall good value
+ Clean, big room. Kind enough to let us check in early.
− Location is a bit far from the place where minibus tours go to various places. You can take the metro to Republic Square but that involves a bit of walking.

Welcoming property away from the city's chaos.
+ The property is in need of some modernization. Although it is in an outlying location, it is very convenient for reaching the metro on foot in 7 minutes; the train takes you to the city center in just two stops. Breakfast consists exclusively of savory items. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional
+ The room was clean and big enough. On the 4th floor there is an amazing view on the Ararat mountain. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is quite convenient not far from the railway and metro station. Also their food is very tasty. Continental breakfast was good and they served it whenever we wanted. All the dishes in the restaurant were delicious: hinkali, grilled meat, salads and especially wines(the best pomegranate wine I ever had). In general the value of the place is excellent

Comfortable and good VFM hotel in Yerevan
+ The hotel is near to the railway station. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff great. Breakfast was served rather than a buffet and was acceptable.
− Nothing not to like but be aware that the main town is a bus ride (about 30p) ride away - you need to get a transport pass for the busses.
