+ Well equipped rooms, with premium materials, comfy beds and bathroom. The location is fantastic, a stone's throw away from Republic square.
− Our room (junior suite) practicaly had no daylight, since the windows were facing adjacent building. One could not let the fresh air in, since there was none. The hotel made us aware about that immediately after booking. Since we stayed only one night, I did not cancel it, but had I known before, I would not book it. Everything else was perfect, the other suite was nice.

+ We were very happy with our stay at Arch Apartments in Yerevan. The location was excellent, the apartment was very comfortable and well maintained, and the service was generally very good. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would have been happy to recommend this place. Unfortunately, there was one incident at the time of our departure that left a very unpleasant impression. While we were leaving, the cleaning lady came into the apartment and, in front of us, started counting the glasses and plates, opening the cupboards and checking that everything was in its place. We found this extremely uncomfortable and, frankly, quite insulting. I have travelled extensively all over the world and have stayed in many different types of accommodation, but I have never experienced anything like this. The way it was done made us feel as if we were being treated like criminals rather than guests who had just completed their stay. It is a real shame, because everything else about our stay was very good. I hope the management will reconsider this practice, as it takes away from an otherwise excellent experience.
