Stay in the heart of Bangkok. Arcadia Suites Ploenchit Bangkok is a 7-minute walk from Ploenchit BTS Skytrain Station. Guests enjoy free Tuk-Tuk shuttle service from 7.30am - 10.30pm, to Ploenchit BTS Skytrain Station and Central Embassy. It offers spacious suites with a kitchenette and a washing machine. It features an outdoor pool, a fitness center and free WiFi, which is available throughout the property. The hotel is a 10-minute drive to Central Chidlom Department Store. It is a 45-minute drive from Suvanarbhumi Airport. Furnished with modern décor, rooms at Arcadia Suites Ploenchit Sukhumvit features a separate living area, flat-screen satellite TVs and dining area. An private bathroom comes with a bathtub and separate shower cubicle. Luggage storage and laundry service can be arranged at the 24-hour front desk. For guests’ convenience, the hotel also provides shuttle service, as well as concierge service. Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Guests are required to present a photo identification and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in at the hotel. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. If the guest fails to provide the credit card, the hotel shall have the right to request for an alternative payment method.

Spacious room, helpful staff.
+ Very friendly and helpful staff, nice Thai breakfast (not much western food option though), spacious room, wash machine (noisy - unbalanced), safe box, daily complimentary bottled water, able to leave luggage before / after check in/out.
− N/A. Restaurants and shops near the hotel (embassy area) are pricy compared to other places in Bangkok.

My second stay and will not be my last at this hotel
+ The staff is friendly, approachable and helpful. Place is clean suite is well appointed. Breakfast has a good spread.

Arcadia has wonderful staff, great facilities, is in a super location and is a perfect place to stay
+ I stayed at Arcadia for 6 weeks for my summer internship and had a really positive experience in general. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The gym and pool were great and I used them most days. The location is fantastic and there are loads of great malls, food places, coffee shops nearby which I would visit during my time staying at Arcadia. The breakfast was good. They allow you to get food and items delivered to Arcadia which is very helpful. The room cleaning is really useful. The room I was staying in was great.
− The only slight issues I had was sometimes my glasses and plates weren't cleaned thoroughly after room cleaning. I also felt there could have been slightly more food options for breakfast. These are minor points compared to all the great things at Arcadia however.

+ We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly couldn’t fault a thing. The staff were exceptionally accommodating from start to finish and everyone from reception to the ground team consistently greeted us with warmth and kindness. They were always happy to assist with arranging transportation and answering our questions. What really stood out was how far they went above and beyond to help us retrieve some personal belongings we accidentally left behind. Unfortunately, my partner and I were also unwell for a few days during our stay, but the accommodation with its comfortable bed and great-sized shower and bath, made for a perfect place to rest and recover. We’re so grateful for the level of service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We would love to return one day to see Raptor (the hotel kitten) again! Highly recommend!
