− Проживание не состочлось. Сотрудники долго не выходили на связь. Отказали в бесплатной отмене. При времени заселения в 14:00 даже после этого времени не давали информацию как заехать. На телефонные звонки и сообщения не отвечали. После 3х обращений в службу поддержки удалось отменить бронирование. Пришлось экстренно искать другое жильё.

− В букинге был адрес ул.Сейфуллина 416 а по факту заселили совсем по другому адресу очень далеко было. Заселили по алресу ул. Райымбека 162

− When their driver dropped us off at the apartment she informed us Arbat street was just around the corner where the booking.com pin drop location showed it should have been. However after later checking Google maps we found out it was a 22 minute walk away. Our booking was shown as a no show straight after we paid cash for the room even though we stayed there for 5 days. Cutlery was sparce and dirty and we had no cleaning materials. Booking stated daily housekeeping which never happened. Free toiletries weren't there. Many other facilities listed for the apartment didn't exist. There were no responses from the owner to our constant WhatsApp requests for assistance.

Terrible Experience - Booking.com should investigate this property.
− My biggest concern is that the host cancelled my Booking.com reservation after collecting cash from us. I am still unsure whether I will be charged twice. Another review mentions a similar issue, so I strongly urge Booking.com to investigate this property’s payment and cancellation practices. We were informed only on the day of check-in that cash payment was required, despite this not being mentioned in our booking details. When we explained that we didn’t have enough cash and offered to pay the balance the next day, the host threatened to charge our card extra and mark us as a no-show. After a lengthy argument, we had to arrange cash through a friend. They then charged us an additional 2,000 tenge, claiming they had no change. The lady host was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely ruined our experience. The apartment itself was also poorly maintained: - No basic utensils. - Balcony filled with trash. - Washing machine not working. - Defective shower. We stayed in three apartments during our nine-day Almaty trip, and the other experiences were wonderful. We even stayed in another apartment in the same building with an incredibly kind and helpful host. This property was the clear exception. The payment demands, threats, booking cancellation, and poor facilities raise serious concerns. Booking.com should investigate this property to ensure future tourists aren't placed in similar situations. I strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation.

Gorgeous apartment, perfect location, very good service
+ Super location with a lot of interesting places, very good service with a professional staff, great atmosphere here, I really recommend this apartment. I travel a lot and I'd like to note this is the best apartment in my experience. Very clean bed sheets, comfortable bed, fast internet, fresh towels. Best apartment I really advise to choose this one.

Best location, beautiful apartment, perfect everything
