Супер апартаменты в отличном месте!
+ Нам понравилось всё! Все фотографии и описание полностью соответствовали тому, что мы получили. Но никакими фотографиями не передать того душевного тепла и хорошего настроения, которое дали нам хозяева квартиры и сами апартаменты! Всё было чисто, аккуратно, продумано и доведено до идеала! Это было здорово! Спасибо хозяевам за отличный отдых.

+ Шикарная квартира, шикарные хозяева! Очень жаль, что нашли этот вариант жилья уже перед самым отъездом и не знали о нем раньше. Теперь если в Ереван, то только сюда! Что больше всего впечатлило: во-первых, чистота. На уровне отеля класса люкс. Белоснежное хлопковое постельное белье, полотенца, халаты, тапочки. Очень удобные кровати, матрасы и даже подушки - что большая редкость)) Наверное, это единственное место где не хотелось перемыть посуду прежде, чем пользоваться. Все предусмотрено для удобного и комфортного проживания. Холодильник без всяких посторонних запахов, стиралка, пылесос, гладильная доска. И все самого высокого качества, а не что подешевле с рынка. Ощущение, что попал домой или в гости к родственникам. Продумано все до мелочей. Во дворе беседка с мангалом и зоной барбекю. В общем можно долго описывать все плюсы, но если сказать кратко, то больше всего впечатлило чистота, комфорт, гостеприимство и человеческие качества хозяев - тактичные, интеллигентные и очень отзывчивые люди. С огромным удовольствием вернемся сюда снова!

A house that is totally worth its price!
+ This is the cleanest and most comfortable holiday house I’ve ever been to! Every detail is thought about, and for us with 4 kids there was plenty of room and space to sleep, eat and move. The outside garden is nice and agreeable to spend time. There was a cat, from the neighbourhood, that sometimes came by, but it never bothered us. If you don’t give it attention or food, he goes away and doesn’t disturb you. Everything in the house works, the ventilation in both bathrooms, all the lights, the airco, the washing machine, the dishwasher, tv, just everything made our stay here so comfortable and relaxing. The best part are the hearth warming hosts. They treated us and our kids like their own family, like the real Armenian culture! First night they immediately opened the sleeping couch and turned it into a comfortable bed with fresh bed linen, offered us fruit from their trees, throughout the days they gave us all information and help we needed. I’m really fond of this place. For me hygiene is important when I’m somewhere else on vacation, and here it was excellent!
