Excellent stay at Apartment 27 Almaty
+ Centrally located. All popular attractions are nearby. Very clean property with all facilities. The lady owner of apartment is very cooperative and helpful. Lot of cafes and eating places nearby. Big supermarket on the ground floor of this building

+ We stayed in the flat (138) for one week and it gave us much freedom. The location is great, we visited everything by foot and took the taxi only to go to the mountains. You get a set of towels; hand soap and shampoo, an iron and a hairdryer were there too. Great shower with hot water anytime of the day and strong pressure. The washing machine came in very useful to wash our dusty clothes after hiking in the mountains. There is plenty of cafes where to eat, which are open until late. One supermarket is right under the building and a magnum is 10 mins away. Atm are inside the supermarket as well. For those who need the metro, it is at 4mins walking.
− The towels were a bit old and smelly, we washed them during our stay, but it didn't solve the smell problem. Maybe a new set would be nicer. The bedsheet was too small and it was impossible not to touch the mattress (not very hygienic), perhaps a mattress cover would be the best, but also a bigger bedsheet. The last thing is that a tiny vacuum cleaner or a broom would really come in handy, as for longer stays, such as ours, the flat gets dirty.

+ The location is the USP of this apartment. Super Convenient for everything. Panfilov Park is nearby, maybe 500 meters. Arbat Street is 300 meters, so is Green Bazar. There is a 24*7 supermarket in the same building on the Ground Floor. The room was very clean with all the basic amenities. We loved this apartment.

+ Хорошая квартира по сочетанию цены и качества. В квартире чисто и есть всё необходимое. Отличная локация, много достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности, также рядом станция метро и многочисленные остановки наземного транспорта. Хозяйка очень приятная женщина, которая всегда была на связи и была готова помочь даже по вопросам, не связанным с квартирой. Огромное спасибо!

Excellent value for money clean apartment
+ Its a very clean apartment in the center of the city .location is absolutely fantastic. So many parks ,supermarkets around the apartment building with excellent proximity to public transport .The host is helpful and friendly.I would strongly recommend the apartment .
− Its not that I didn't like but I would like to mention some things .There can be more kitchen cooking utensils .Regarding the early check in ,the host was there at 5.00 a.m to check us in without any fuss .But the cost could have been mentioned after booking rather than after we checked in .I would have booked the apartment anyway

+ Location near zhybek zholy metro st n bus stop, supermarket, food court 24hours, money changer. Room is clean and has anything you need (refrigerator, aircon, TV, stove, microwave, washing mechine, tableware). Nice owner, she gave me souvenir, kazakhstan chocolate and scarf 🥰
