Fair
+ -price -no noise from other rooms -cleaning service
− -almost no welcoming info provided at the check-in -staff barely speaking English and mostly unreachable -basic breakfast, starting late and not ready on time -asked to have kettle in the room and to replace sheets with cleaner one -balcony door not fully closing -no lamp light in the room and not working light switch next to bed -not providing real pool/beach towels

Very Good
+ Good location, close to the beach but also quiet. The room was spacious enough. The shower was good, with good pressure. The area around the pool is also nice. The walls must be thick, as I did not hear other guests, which is rare and a nice surprise. Good value for money overall.
− Very basic room, old furniture, the light switch by the bed didn't work. The breakfast lacked yogurt or pastries, and on some days the scrambled eggs had salami in them, so vegeterian options were quite limited. My room was on the 3rd floor and I could hear an intermitent buzzing sound during day and night, maybe from the water tank on the roof.

Little gem of a hotel
+ We stayed for 6 nights with my little daughter. Very welcoming little hotel, with clean swimming pool, excellent breakfasts and very helpful and attentive staff. We needed to extend our stay last minute, and the host and staff went out of their way to help accommodate us. Comfortable clean rooms. Large variety of food at breakfast, hot and cold options, fruit and juices. Exceptional value for money. Very convenient location too.
− Nothing really, would happily go back.

Friendly staff!
+ It was a clean room. The staff were very friendly. One member of staff carried our suitcases all the way to three floors as there were no lifts. He was kind and helpful. Water bottles in mini bar. Good size room for family of four. Good shower facilities.
− The family room was stuffy and the air-conditioning was not suitable for the size of the room. We had to check-out after a few hours, and we checked-in to another hotel that was 1 minute away. I am sure if it wasn't such a heatwave, the room would have been ok. No tea/coffee table.
