+ It’s my second time here. I came back because it’s clean and the staff is kind.

− It’s a small hotel and with no much facilities but it’s okay for me as long as it’s clean.

Nice option in Batumi.

+ Great location in Batumi, just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.

− However, the hotel is not stroller-friendly. Travelling with a baby, I had to carry the stroller up and down to the second floor every day.

+ A pleasant, comfortable hotel offering standard amenities. I appreciate that they let us check in early—this happened everywhere we stayed in Georgia. Everything you need is nearby, and there are good bus connections to various parts of the city. Breakfast was fine.

− A rather unpleasant receptionist—a surly and aloof person who couldn't even say hello.

They gave us a wonderful welcome. We also really liked the hotel's location and cleanliness.

+ The property was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Luka, the receptionist in particular, was very helpful and gave us a wonderful welcome. He helped us with our luggage and offered recommendations for nice places in the area, which we greatly appreciated.

− It's great that there's a breakfast option and it's very nice that it's free, but it could be improved.
