− Terrible experience — absolutely not suitable for families with children We stayed here with child, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Despite accepting family bookings, the resort atmosphere was overwhelmingly adult-oriented and focused on loud partying, alcohol and nightlife. Our room faced the main pool, where music and parties continued late into the night, making it impossible to enjoy a normal family holiday or sleep properly. The all-inclusive food service was also extremely disappointing, with basic food frequently unavailable. We have photographic evidence of the shortages. All photos were taken 30 to 40 min after buffet opening times. Whenever I asked to top up salad bar or desserts, staff were saying "Sorry, finished( Reception staff were unhelpful, and a manager named Ilyas very rude. H U I Dirty room from the day we arrived. Noone cleaned the room even once During our stay, there was also a very distressing incident involving a guest falling from a hotel window, which seriously affected both me and my child We complained to the hotel and later contacted their management, but our formal complaint was completely ignored. I strongly do not recommend this hotel for families with children. We requested a full refund of €947.81 and have escalated the matter to the relevant Turkish tourism authorities.

Die Bilder Sind via Fotoshop gut in Szene gesetzt und entsprechen nicht den Aktuellen Zustand. Ich weis garnicht wo man anfangen soll. Der obersten Manager Bülent Bey ist Total fehl am Platz. Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – vom kann ich nur abraten Mein Aufenthalt im Amon Hotel Belek bei Antalya war eine große Enttäuschung. Der Zustand und die Sauberkeit des Hotels entsprachen aus meiner Sicht nicht den Erwartungen. Auch andere Gäste berichten online über Probleme mit der Sauberkeit, der Ausstattung und dem Service – Kritikpunkte, die ich leider nachvollziehen kann. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang des Managers Bülent mit Beschwerden. Ich habe selbst erlebt, wie er mich beziehungsweise Gäste in einer Beschwerdesituation laut angeschrien hat. Außerdem war ich Zeuge, wie er auch mit anderen Kunden in einem unangemessenen Ton gesprochen hat. Statt ruhig zuzuhören und behilflich zu sein, wirkte sein Verhalten auf mich einschüchternd und völlig unprofessionell. Ein solcher Umgang mit zahlenden Gästen ist für mich absolut inakzeptabel. Natürlich kann ich nur meine eigenen Erlebnisse und das schildern, was ich selbst beobachtet habe. Diese Erfahrungen haben jedoch den ohnehin schlechten Eindruck vom Hotel deutlich verstärkt. Von freundlichem Service, Respekt und echter Gastfreundschaft habe ich hier wenig bemerkt. Mein Fazit: Ich würde das Amon Hotel Belek nicht wieder buchen und kann Reisenden nur empfehlen, die aktuellen Bewertungen sorgfältig zu lesen und nach einer anderen Unterkunft zu suchen. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, funktionierende Ausstattung und einen respektvollen Umgang legt, sollte sich meiner Meinung nach für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

− Absolutely awful hotel. There is honestly nothing good to say about this place. The food, rooms, service, and entertainment were all terrible. On our last day, we couldn’t even find anything decent to eat. It feels like the management has completely given up on the hotel and is only focused on accepting guests without caring about their experience. We had to wait almost three hours after the official check-in time before we could get our rooms. The staff simply told us that they had accepted more guests than the hotel could accommodate and therefore didn’t have rooms available for everyone. The atmosphere was also extremely uncomfortable. There were large groups of men everywhere, and some of them were very irritating, constantly trying to approach and meet any new girls or women they saw. It made the whole experience feel unpleasant. Moreover, the overall atmosphere was completely different from what we expected. Although the hotel is advertised as a 16+ resort known for entertainment and a lively vacation experience, the guest profile and atmosphere did not match that image at all. We expected a younger, more energetic environment, but instead the hotel felt much quieter and very different from what was promoted. There are a lot of old and disabled people which felt us disgusting. This was another major disappointment for us. This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would definitely not recommend this place.

+ I didn’t like anything staff very rude rooms very dirty and smelly not even close to the picture they shown in the advert i don’t recommend at all and its only for adults they have a red room which you can pay an have sex i don’t recommend do not go there

− Arrivée pour 14h, chambre toujours pas opérationnelle à 20h! comme d'autres qui attendaient. Personnels ingrats, non souriant donc du coup, j'ai du réservé ailleurs ,et ils ne sont pas capable d'assumer leurs erreurs sans remboursement de leurs part. Vraiment à fermer cet établissement, il ne méritent pas du tout d'étoiles! FAUT LE BANIR DE BOOKING

− Das Hotel Amon war sehr schlecht. Die Essen ist auch schlecht gewesen jeden Tag gleich essen. Sauberkeit ist null und wir mussten immer sagen bitte putzen Sie uns Zimmer und hat auch kein Zucker , Kaffee nichts gehabt. Ich empfehlen niemand diese Hotel,Amon, es war die Hölle gewesen dort , In Strand hat keine Liegestuhl gehabt. Das war wirklich sehr schlecht.wir werden nie wieder dort gehen 🤮
