− Breakfast fruit needs to be iced. Rooms need to be sound proof as neighbouring rooms loud sounds are disturbing some time.

Great location and lovely, large bright room
+ The hotel is in a great location at the bottom end of the main North-South road in Patong (Rat Uthit Song Roi Pi Road). It is a very short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. My room was lovely - large and bright and very clean. The staff were very helpful.
− My room was not ready when I arrived at 3.35pm even though check in is from 3.00pm. I was given a complimentary drink voucher to use at the pool bar while I waited for my room to be ready, but there was no one working at the bar so I couldn't use it! Bah!! The TV in my room was also not working at all (I think it needed to be set up again), although this was not really much of an inconvenience since I don't go to Thailand to watch TV. My only other comment is that I was in a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the main road. It can get very loud at night with music playing and the Bangla Stadium tuk tuks going past blaring their constant advertising for Muay Thai tournaments. But all good fun.

+ We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed our stays, staff are wonderful and you can't beat the location.
− This time our stay there wasn't as pleasant as usual, there is no smoking in the room, but as soon as you left your room into thr hallway the smell was so strong, we even walked past a room with the door open and they were just sitting there smoking, it not just normal cigarettes it's all the weed you can buy there which is such a strong small.

+ Property is in great position, easy walk to beach, shopping centre and Bangla Road
− It was a bit noisy at night, it didn’t bother us too much but might other people. To be fair our room, which was lovely, was at the road front so rooms in a different position might not be as noisy. If you like lots of night life this probably would not be an issue.
