− The staff was not helpful. METRASH IDs are accepted in public sector and banks. I even use it in other Hilton hotels and GCC countries but the duty manager didn’t accept it and I had to delay my check in waiting for the physical ID. She wasn’t capable not professional

+ The location was good and it was clean and modern even most of the staff were flexible and professional
− When I asked for some water on my last day, 😞 I have not received them till I call again after 4 hours as I suppose take my medicine. That was the worse experience
