Long weekend in a great small hotel

+ Clean, comfortable friendly staff. On a busy road but once inside really quiet. Didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but managed to get in a quick swim. Well decorated and stylish although in my room there was an overlarge chair which was in an odd corner facing a wall, not easy to sit in the place could have been used for something more practical. People had mentioned in reviews that the breakfast was boring and I think the hotel has been working on this as each morning there was something added to the basic Turkish breakfast, omelette or chips or something else

− Some of the finishes could have been a bit better. The socket next to my bed was loose and there was some graffiti style decoration in the pool area that looked like it had been done by kindergarten children and didn’t go at all with the style elsewhere, should just be painted over to match the minimalist aesthetic

Modern new clean stay

+ Stayed for 5 nights end of September. Solo. Staff were amazing. Hospital second to none. The place is brand new so is super clean and modern. Bed was really comfy will stay again! Good value for money too! Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

Hotel Alpek was brilliant value for money, spotlessly clean with very warm and welcoming staff.

+ It was spotlessly clean, the pool area was lovely, but the best thing was the staff. Aylin and Emek were amazing. They really couldn’t do enough to make sure your stay is comfortable and as a solo traveller, safe.

− Maybe some of the other guests 😆 that can’t be helped.

An Absolute Gem!

+ An absolute gem of a hotel! Great location for getting around either by taxi or public transport and some fabulous restaurants close by particularly those on the seafront near Duden Waterfalls which were an easy 10 minute walk through the park. The hotel was very clean, a credit to the housekeeping team, with great outdoor space for relaxing. What really makes this hotel wonderful though is all the staff who without exception were always happy to help and always with a smile! Special mention to Aylin, Ozy and Basak who helped to make our stay all the more enjoyable! 🤩

− A little more variety to breakfast would be welcome although that might be down to personal choice. The pillows were a little dense, perhaps an alternative would be good.

+ Great modern room with all the facilities you need, a beautiful city view, a spacious bathroom, and very comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly and welcoming overall. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the male receptionist who was working on 18th September at around 6 pm. I found his communication style rather dismissive and felt that the way he spoke to me was not particularly professional or courteous. I believe this could be improved through greater attention to guest communication and customer service. It was disappointing, as the rest of my experience at the hotel was very positive. I have been travelling for around 15 years, and this is the first time I have experienced this type of interaction at a hotel. I hope the management will take this feedback constructively, as I would otherwise have been very happy to return.

Would stay again, great value for money . We celebrated an anniversary while there and they were very helpful

+ The hotel is new, clean, nice rooms with everything you needin it . The swimming pool area is lovely, day and night.

+ We had a nice stay overall at Alpek Hotel. The property is very clean, in a great location, and the pool was a huge plus. The staff were also very attentive and quick to help with anything we needed.

− On the downside, the pillows were way too big and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the breakfast fell short of expectations-I was hoping for better options and quality.
