Disappointing that manager had to resolve, but otherwise as stated in things we liked, nice stay.
+ Location was great! Nice size room. Great breakfast options.
− Room poorly lit; tv in first room given didn’t work; desk lady refused to give another room was going to leave then manager got involved and resolved the issue.

− The room lacks sufficient furniture, and the lighting is poor, especially in the bathroom. Pay closer attention to the small details, such as providing coffee and daily bottled water, would be greatly appreciated.

Fabulous location, amazing building- ok experience
+ Fabulous location and an amazing building Liked the pool area , great aircon - very spacious room . Good housekeeping staff . Lots of really good restaurants nearby
− Coffee machines in breakfast room were a constant issue each day, always running out and staff didn’t really get a grip. Had to constantly nag reception to get a kettle for the room - finally came with two days left! - We stayed in the annex rooms, which are nice- however every day there were large bags of laundry stacked up around the entrance - if we’re calling the hotel “special class” that’s not really acceptable- it’s more of a hostel type practice. It wouldn’t take much to make this hotel go from good to great - just little things could make it brilliant

We had an very nice stay
+ The location was amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing so many choices.
− The hotel itself is very unique which fits the old style of Kaleici. However, I do think the rooms need an upgrade and need to be refurbished especially the bathroom. Towels could also be renewed as well as they seem a bit yellow-ish. Overall, our stay was amazing, but there are some improvements to be made to make the hotel exceptionally.

Luxurious!
+ We got a free upgrade to a superior suite which was very spacious and luxurious! Lovely courtyard to enjoy an extensive breakfast. Friendly staff.
− There's some noise and music from the neighbouring restaurant at night but it doesn't go on too late.
