Bien mais décevant pour un 4 étoiles

+ L'emplacement, en plein centre de la vieille ville ; les bâtiments et chambres de l'hôtel sont beaux ;le ménage fait tous les jours

− Wifi inexistante dans notre bâtiment (gazetta), petit déjeuner moyen (beaucoup de salé et peu de sucré, pas de viennoiserie, manque grille pain, machine à café qui marche une fois sur deux..). Il manquait dans ma chambre à coté du lavabo un crochet pour la serviette des mains, eau de la douche qui met du temps à chauffer et peu de pression. Piscine très petite et l'autre piscine n'est pas forcément plus grande.

Fabulous nothing to not like.I’d return again.

+ Alp Pasa is very special building and hotel. The history is all around you but with modern facilities and great tasty food available at Riviera Restaurant. Its situation in the heart of the old town is great for exploring all the nearby alleyways.

+ Special thanks to the cleaning lady Figen. She was very nice even help us with our bags when check out . There is no lift at the hotel and wasnt a bellboy :(.

− Great location right in the heart of the old tawn. If you dont mind noisy is a perfect place to stay!

+ :::document 72641 A Wonderful Stay — 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would absolutely give it five stars. From the very beginning, the owner, her husband, her mother, and everyone involved in making my stay as enjoyable as possible were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. The hotel is quiet, clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. There is currently some construction taking place at the property, but I believe it is important to understand that people need to continue improving and building their property. What impressed me was that they never disturbed the guests during the day or at night. They always tried to do the work when there were no guests around, so my stay remained peaceful and quiet. I also genuinely enjoyed meeting this wonderful family. You can see how much care, love, and effort they put into the hotel and into making their guests feel welcome. The location is also excellent. And I have to mention the restaurant downstairs — it is absolutely wonderful and has excellent reviews. It was a fantastic addition to the stay. Overall, I truly loved the hotel, the family, the location, and the peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and would come back in the blink of an eye. Thank you to the entire family for making my stay such a special experience! :::

+ Bien placé au cœur de la ville et des ruelles piétons Le Personnel de l’accueil et dans le resto sont très agréables, faisans des efforts pour satisfaire la clientèle au mieux. Merci à eux !

− Chambres moins belles que sur les photos, la salle de bains était récente, mais le bâtiment et les équipements des chambres nécessiteraient d’être rénovés Très mauvaise isolation, on entendait les bruits de la rue comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes alors qu’elles étaient bien fermées. Un pub en dessous mettait de la musique trop forte jusqu’à une heure du matin tout les soirs Propreté très moyenne, utile d’améliorer au moins cela, le nettoyage n’était pas professionnel.

+ Localização espetacular, mesmo dentro da Cidade velha que é lindíssima, com muita animação e muito fácil de chegar a todo lado a pé. Pequeno-almoço delicioso e variado. Piscina de tamanho médio, mas muito agradável e com espreguiçadeiras confortáveis.

− A limpeza dos quartos poderia ser melhor.
