Reasonable value for the money.

+ Breakfast, lunch and dinner and the snack bar were good, diverse and abundant.

− It is all inclusive, yes. But with the exception of beer, Tuborg, the other alcoholic beverages were not the real stuff.

+ Előre jeleztük, hogy nászutas pár érkezik. A legszebb kilátással rendelkező szobát adták és bekészítettek a szobába üdvözlő ajándékot

− A fotók alapján úgy tűnt, hogy közvetlen tengerparti, de nem az volt. A parton volt a szállodához tartozó pihenőterület, napágyakkal, napernyőkkel. Itt lehetett strandolni, pihenni. A parton az ellátás nagyon szegényes volt. műanyag pohárba adtak egy kis üdítőt és sört. Ennivaló nem volt a parton,,,,

+ Das Zimmer war schön und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, auch die Minibar wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es beim Abendessen verschiedene Themenabende gab. Besonders der türkische Abend hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Poolbereich hat uns gut gefallen. Es gab genügend Liegen und viel Platz zum Entspannen. Es gibt zwei Bars mit einer großen Auswahl an Cocktails. Besonders die Terrasse am Abend hatte eine tolle, lebhafte Atmosphäre. Jeden Abend gab es außerdem ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr gesellig und viel lebhafter, als wir erwartet hatten. Wir haben dort viele Leute kennengelernt und hatten eine wirklich schöne und lustige Zeit.

A very nice holiday

+ The hotel was very good. Staff was very good at the reception very helpful so overall very good hotel.

− The swimming pool was a little bit cold

+ Śniadanie było w porządku, smaczne z dość dużym wyborem z menu. Duży wybór kawy i herbaty.

− Trudno mi określić czy coś mi się nie podobało. Może to że świeży sok z pomarańczy był za dopłatą.

− Не меняли постельное белье в течение 2 недель. Слишком рано заканчивался ужин - 20:30. Недостаточно места на пляже для количества гостей

Schön, aber wenig Ruhe

+ Das ganze Hotel ist sehr gediegen und elegant gestaltet. Es ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist super- höflich, freundlich, umsichtig, effektiv. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Türkische Küche vom Feinsten.

− Die Lobbybar ist 24 Std geöffnet. Die Lobby ist eine Halle die über 4 Etagen geht. Sie ist sehr schick, hat aber die Akustik eine Konzerthalle. Jedes laute Wort, jedes Lachen dröhnt bis in die Hotelzimmer. Es gibt bis 3:30 Uhr keine Nachtruhe und ab 5:30 Uhr hört man die Bodenreinigungsmaschine, mit der der Marmorboden der Lobby poliert wird. Das Alexia hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Schirmen und einer funktionierenden Stranddusche. Das Ganze wirkt etwas schäbig. Der Strand ist ca 200 m entfernt. Es gibt in den sehr schicken Zimmern keinen Ankleidespiegel. Das Bad ist viel zu dunkel. Rasieren oder Schminken geht nur mit Zusatzlicht der Handytaschenlampe. Die Abendveranstaltungen im Open Air Theater des Hotels finden täglich von 21:15 Uhr bis 22:30 Uhr statt. Sie sind gut aber unglaublich laut.

Look like 3 stars, but food is delicious! Scam with reservations

+ The food was amazing, waiters were fast in 90% time Beach is very close to the hotel, although it is located outside of the hotel's territory Very clean Free mini bar there are some drinks on the beach. I appreciate hard work of the hotel stuff, especially cleaning ladies, kitchen workers, waiters and masseurs.

− Confusion with a booking. I booked deluxe room with 2 beds, but got a room with 1 bed and had to pay additionally for the proper room and there were still not the same beds as promised in my reservation. It was a room with a sea view, so firstly I was glad. Until I discovered at 21 00 that we can not fall asleep until 23 00 , because of the loud animation program on evenings. It was hard during our first day as we woke up at 5 AM to fly there. alcoholic drinks in bars were watered, but that is more a benefit , as people got drunk slower. There were no towels in spa sometimes and no sign at the beach that guests need to take towels at spa. So once I had to go to the beach and back to get a towel and I did not succeed in it as "they were gone". How it is possible not to have enough towels for every guests, especially using a cards system? And sometimes we got thinner towels instead of normal, as we came late for them, not at 8 30. I asked to borrow scissors once, to fix clothes. Reception employee said that he could not do it because of safety reasons. Next day I saw another guest in the hotel who borrowed scissors and gave them back to them. There was not enough space on the beach, not enough sunbeds The beach employee started to whistle when I tried to move sunbeds a bit to use them together with my family and after whistling for 3 times to me finally came and said to me "SPEAK! ask for help". I did not ask him for the first time as I did not see him. He seemed very angry. Although he found place for us, later in the evening he saw the sand on my sunbed and feet and started to touch them with his broom for sand. It supposed to be a joke, right ? Is it appropriate for 5 stars hotel? also there is no toilet at the beach, only public one for 1 euro, and no information about that on the reception. The fresh orange juice at the restaurant costed 2 euro. Financial crisis came, I assume, and got it.

You pay for de luxe but you get “comfort”

+ 2 Pluses only - no children and close to Antik Side.

− I booked and paid for a Deluxe Double Room, but was given a small Comfort Room with windows facing a noisy street. The room was much smaller than advertised, the TV is oddly placed parallel to the bed, so you can’t even watch it comfortably. Noise from the road made it hard to sleep, and when I asked the front desk for another room, they said, “All rooms are the same,” which is false — the hotel’s own website shows different categories. I feel cheated and disappointed — this was not what I paid for. Definitely not a “Deluxe” experience.

Hotel is just o.k. But great Turkish bath.

+ Very calm and quiet atmosphere. Bartenders are doing great job. Mostly German tourists. Close to Side center. Very friendly prices in hotel market. Simply the best Turkish bath experience. Fodd was pleasant surprise.

− Strange snack bar, you have to order and wait, nothing to eat after dinner, even no simple snacks. Room service is awerarage. 5star rating is only for open elevator. In reality, this is 4 star hotel with 5star price.
