+ Everything just worked as needed and was comfortable to use. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived.
− The only trash bin in both our rooms was in the bathroom which is a bit annoying but not anything big.

Great guesthouse
+ Alex's father met us on arrival and was charming. Despite not speaking English, he was able to explain everything we needed to know about the property. The bedroom was large ,comfortable and toasty warm, which was lovely as chilly outside. Everywhere was very clean and there was a lovely terrace and nice view. Great to have a shared kitchen. The shared bathroom was between 3 rooms but was never a problem. Constant hot water. A Spar convenience store at the bottom of the road and short walk from there to a Carrefour supermarket and nearest metro station (opposite directions). Around the metro station there are lots of restaurants. A 30 minute walk to the Old City. Would certainly recommend a stay here.
− Minor issues that didn't detract from our stay. The kitchen was a little short on crockery and utensils. There is no sign outside to identify the property, make sure you have the house number, there is a door bell to gain access.

It is good when it is good…
+ Serene and very cosy guest house… The name is picked up accordingly… The host is very sensitive to his guests wishes and remarks. Glad we made a decision to stay at this house…
− It is non-soundproof walls in the building. You have to be verbally quiet after 11pm here…
