Exceptional
+ Rooms are spacious, everything is clean, staff is helpful. Many restorants and shops nearby. Because its lively neighbourhood, it can get a little bit noisy at night, but for anyone who is used to city noise in their neighborhood, this will not be a problem.
− It may happen that you need to relocate to another room, but they helped with luggage and were kind about that.

Exceptional
+ It was amazing to find the accommodation for this price and for the quality it provides - it is exceptional. We loved how clean the rooms were, but more importantly - we loved and appreciated how nice the staff is, and especially, the receptionist Ali was very helpful and tried their best to accommodate us when we needed to prolong our stay

Excellent
+ The staff were helpful, friendly and cooperative. That covered for almost anything that may have been lagging.
− I would have loved it if they had a safe in the rooms.
