Greate location near the beach
+ Excelent location, affordable price. Two balconies! Dish washer! Great!
− a very squeaky bed and the furniture doors. Washing machine had some troubles with finishing her tasks.

The worst hotel in Antalya!
− Dirty and very poor standard. The toilet was missing the seat/lid, fridge was broken and flooding with water and wallpapers peeling off. The jacuzzi looked so dirty I didn’t want to try it, wifi didn’t work and the tv didn’t have a signal. Housekeeping came once during my stay and only because I asked them to! The room was also very noisy so I checked out one week earlier. The customer service at Booking.com tried to help me but the staff at the hotel didn’t reply them so I never got a refund. Can’t belive these people have the right to run a hotel!

Exceptional
+ Great location very close to the sea - 3 minute walk. Has a pool, our room had a balcony, fridge, tea kettle, lots of shelves to put your clothes and also space where to hang them, sockets on each side of the bed. Pleasant and welcoming staff at the reception. Room is a little bit small, but we basically only slept there so it's not an issue for us.

Stay away
− Honestly, this stay was a disaster. Every morning at around 06:00 the ventilation system kicks in and roars for about an hour. Sleeping through it is impossible. Reception told us nothing could be done and didn’t even offer a room change. Then, on the third day, sewage water overflowed from the toilet drain and covered the bathroom floor. We reported it right away and were promised it would be cleaned. Nine hours later we came back to the room and nothing had been touched - the waste and the smell were still there. Disgusting, and simply not fit to sleep in. The staff never resolved it, so we had to find and book another hotel and check out a night early. On top of that, they refused to refund even that unused night. We filed a written complaint with the hotel and a report with the consumer hotline (Alo 176). The WiFi barely works either. And the parking mentioned in the listing is a lie - there is no real parking. Their suggestion was that we park on the street after 1 am, when there are fewer cars. That is not parking, that is misleading advertising.

Pleasant
+ Well, the reception guy was amazing at all times, they had a pool and you can buy drinks from the reception etc.
− The cleanless wasn't so good and the furniture was in a bad shape. I've been to many hotels for a similar price, but were in a better shape than this one.

Very Good
+ Near to the beach just 5 to 8 min walk, food restaurants are near by, local transport 5 minutes away.
− Wifi did not work at all for us, we had 3 phones, very weak wifi, only this problem we had. We needed to get internet E sim which costed us £31 additional because of no internet facility.
