+ До моря можно дойти пешком всего за 15 минут, а до ближайшей остановки - за 10 минут. Вокруг много магазинов и кафе, а совсем рядом находятся недорогие супермаркеты BIM и ŞOK. В комнате есть окна, что очень порадовало.

− Мы жили на цокольном этаже (ниже первого). Из-за этого в комнате чувствуется сырость. Диваны и кровати выглядят старыми и несвежими. Нам не предоставили чистое постельное белье и утюг. На двухспальных кроватях белье хоть и лежало, но по его виду было понятно, что на нем уже кто-то спал-его просто не поменяли и не постирали после предыдущих гостей. На подушках видны желтые пятна. В итоге нам пришлось самостоятельно искать белье и утюг на верхних этажах. Wi-Fi практически не работает, сигнал ловит только наверху на лестнице. Условия проживания в целом нормальные, но обслуживание гостей на нижнем этаже оставляет желать лучшего. Мы заплатили за проживание немалые деньги и рассчитывали на соответствующий сервис. Извините за прямоту, но это правда. Убедительная просьба навести порядок и начать нормально обслуживать всех отдыхающих, независимо от того, на каком этаже они живут.

Disappointing Stay – Far Below Expectations Despite Good Location

+ The location of this property is definitely its strongest point, making it convenient for getting around. It is an overal quiet place. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. My overall experience was highly disappointing and fell far short of what was advertised.

− We were assigned a semi-basement room, which immediately set a negative tone. The room had a very strong, musty smell and poor natural lighting. It looked nothing like the bright, airy photos shown on the official listing. The most unacceptable issue was the bedding. We booked a 4-person room, but were only provided with bedding for two people. Even after requesting two extra sets from customer service, we never received any duvets or duvet covers. The original bedding consisted of just a single blanket and a bare duvet insert (without a cover), which made me seriously question its cleanliness. We were ultimately left with only blankets, pillows, and bed sheets. The facilities were also lacking. The showerhead holder in the bathroom was broken, forcing us to hold it with one hand the entire time we showered. There was no hairdryer provided, and the kitchen was missing essential utensils. Only the frying pan had a lid; the stew pot was without one, and there was no cutting board at all. After contacting customer service, it took two hours for them to deliver an ill-fitting pot lid, a cutting board, and the missing bedding. Because it was a semi-basement, we couldn't fully open the windows for ventilation due to stray cats trying to get inside. Overall, this was a terrible stay that completely failed to match the listing's description. I cannot recommend this accommodation.

A cozy, convenient retreat that truly felt like a home away from home.

+ A Cozy Home Away from Home This flat feels like a true home—quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located. Just 15 minutes on foot to the beach and shops only 2 minutes away. Restaurants, ice cream spots, and everything else are within easy walking distance. Soundproof walls ensure privacy, and the balcony is perfect for enjoying Turkish chai or coffee. The sofa bed looks small but is very comfy. The kitchen is well-equipped (though the sink area needs a little TLC), and the bathroom is ok. It’s compact but ideal for a holiday stay, with no curfews—come and go as you please. The nearby mosque, only 100 yards away, was a special highlight for me. The friendly staff went out of their way to help, always welcoming you with a smile and ready to help , Cleaning was done every two days. If you want a cozy, convenient place that feels like home, I’d definitely recommend this flat.

A terrible experience — I regret booking this hotel

− I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case I believe it’s important to warn future guests. I booked a room for 10 nights on the ground floor. The room had a strong and persistent sewage smell, like from a public toilet, coming from the bathroom. It didn’t go away despite ventilation. It was awful to stay there. I spoke to reception and asked to cancel the remaining days and get a refund, but they refused. On the fourth day, I paid an extra ~15% of the total cost of my stay and got a room on the third floor. This second room didn’t have the sewage smell, but it had several issues: – One of the two air conditioners made a loud screeching noise – The washing machine didn’t work properly — it could only run at 60°C – There was no hairdryer in the room, although it was listed in the description and available in the first room. I asked for one at reception but never received it during the remaining 7 nights – The bathroom was extremely small — you couldn’t even stand inside with the door open – The bedroom was also very narrow, with barely any free space Appliances and furniture in both rooms were partly old and worn out. In the first room, the kettle didn’t work and the shower head holder was broken. In both rooms, some surfaces were cracked, and the washing machines had heavy rust — especially in the first room, where it looked extremely unhygienic. This was the worst experience I’ve had in over 40 bookings on Booking. I regret choosing this hotel and strongly do not recommend staying here.
