The staff are top notch! This is a fantastic hotel filled with amazing people!
+ We have stayed at many hotels around the world, in a variety of regions and rating levels and we have to say Al Husn (don't be put off that it is managed by Hilton) is defiantly top 5. Apart from the amazing location, quick access from Muscat and the beautiful design, soft lighting, wafting smell of Frankincense, the private beach, no children, the pool, the MASSIVE bed, the attentive room service, the level of house keeping (the list could go on and on), BUT the standout feature is without doubt the staff, every single one of them! From the cleaners, the groundsmen, the buggy drivers, right up to Senior Management, they all are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. We had room 1264 with an amazing sea view, it was lovely and quiet. The sun beds are very comfy. The WhatsApp Concierge feature worked really very well, every question answered immediately. The staff are one step ahead every time, predicting what you need before you need it. A refill on drinks, knowing your order before being asked, seating you at your favourite table! The dining at the sister hotel worked well, all restaurants were very good. Special mention must go to Saira, Sushma and Pankaj, all of whom looked after us, were professional, chatty and engaging. Breakfast was divine. The towel art, such a lovely thing to arrive back to the room to. The Frankinscence Tour, helped us before taking the complimentary shuttle bus to the souk. The car museum, it is very impressive. There is much more to do here than we experienced. We LOVED Al Husn and will be back!

+ Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and the level of hospitality exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Shyma, Taher, Jameel, and Salim for their outstanding service, professionalism, and warm attitude. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. We would also like to recognize Sara from the restaurant reservations team, who was incredibly helpful and made arranging our dining experiences effortless. A special mention as well to Bahishak at Bait Al Bahr restaurant for the exceptional service and wonderful dining experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We truly had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning again soon. Highly recommended!
