Comfortable hotel with friendly professional staff.
+ Room was spacious and comfortable, but the furniture perhaps a little dated. Nice view of the Torch when lit up at night. Good spread on offer at the breakfast buffet despite the hotel not being overly busy, and there was an egg station - I chose a freshly cooked omelette. All staff very courteous and professional, Kenza particularly at the front desk was helpful.
− I couldn't find any USB sockets in the bedroom. Also, we emailed ahead to request an iron and ironing table to be available for our immediate use and explained it was because we would be rushing to attend an event upon arrival. Hotel replied it would be arranged. However, these were not supplied until after we had checked in, so we had to wait for it to be delivered to our room causing a small delay unfortunately, which was exactly what we had wanted to avoid.
