+ I choose it because of the location, so location was fine for me. It also has basic breakfast.
− It was old and rather dirty, especially bathroom, also the shower had very low pressure. Unfortunately no access to hot water in the room to make a tea, and only one electric plug.

Comfortable Stay with great service.
+ I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The location was also very convenient, with the university nearby and Nizami Street and Nizami Mall not very far away. It was easy to reach the main areas of the city from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good, especially the morning breakfast. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and would be happy to stay here again.
− Everything was good during my stay. There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was comfortable and satisfactory for me.

− Hotel lasciato andare, personale gentile ma completamente impreparato alla gestione, inglese quasi inesistente. Bagno incrostato di calcare. Fornito solo un lenzuolo che copre il materasso a malapena, ma non quello di sopra. Pagamento solo in contanti

− They sent me a different location then the one mentioned in the reservation. When i went there it was a little far from the city center. The other place didn’t know we had a booking there but they made a place available for us. The room had a lot of bugs.

一生难忘的噩梦，akm and ekm hotel baku，阿塞拜疆
+ 第一次来，对这个国家一无所知！善良的人还是有的，但不在这个住宿！
− 第一次来这个国家，第一次来巴库，按照确认的预定，通过bolt找到这个住宿，他们跟我谈的第一件事情就是价格，无法接受，要涨价，否则无法入住！他们对游戏规则和从booking.com获得的合同缺乏起码的尊重！本人立即联系booking.com客服，对第一个原始订单发起了投诉！由于投诉过程需要时间，身在异乡，还是要尽快找一个安身之处！在征得他们现场工作人员同意，通过booking.com按照现价做了同样时间跨度的预定，获得了勉强认可办理入住，准备第二天信用卡付账！很快，他们得知被投诉，通过即时video视频通话，要求我主动撤销第一个预定合同，想把违约责任转嫁给租客，在我坚持要求booking.com客服介入，不同意他们的无理要求后，狗急跳墙，派酒店男性工作人员护送，把我强行驱离酒店，根本无视我从booking.com获得确认的预定合同！
