Exceptional

+ Staff were very helpful and attentive but not overbaring. The room was huge with a huge bed and a microwave and kettle. The location was perfect if you don't want the bussle and noise of beach road which is a 2 min bike ride away. 7/11 across the road and lots of bars, and eateries around, with some 24/7. Laundy is a few footsteps away that are very good and motorbike hire nextdoor to the laundry. Overall I highly rate this place for the money it costs.

− Nothing, it is very good value for money

Very Good

+ The location was great and the room was clean and private

− The bathroom needs an update

Very Good

+ Location, AirCon, TV, Cheap water refills, reasonably quiet

− Shower had no screen so was a full wet room

I enjoyed our stay.

+ Location was perfect, 7/11 just opposite of the hotel. 15 min walking distance from patong beach

− No coffee or tea or sugar provided

Very Good

+ Good location

Exceptional

+ It is a simple hotel with good price in the street where everything is just near you. I recomend everyone

It was a great stay and felt just like my own home.

+ It was a very homely feel. Not a party house, definitely recommend for all stays but more for long stays in a quiet area. It’s actually on a busy street which was surprising given how quiet it was. The staff were amazing, there’s pet cats around which are actually very sweet and come when called with a “meow meow” . Staff were always friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable and massive. Enjoy your stay here ! Be respectful (:

Comfortable and easy!

+ Very clean, nice and well kept place for the price! All amenities like schampo, soap, towels and so on. Easy check in and out. A lot of restaurants in the area.

− About a 20 minute walk to Patong beach (which I personally don’t mind, to escape the worst crowds). The room only had one regular lock for the door, which didn’t feel safe as there was no lock/guard to get in to the building. An extra door latch would have made my stay as a solo female traveler felt safer.

Awesome location with privacy

+ 7/11 across the road with restaurants and bars around. Separate access to your room without having to deal with reception. Staff were very friendly and supportive. 15 walk to the beach and shopping centres and Bangla road.

− WiFi was poor but I didn’t speak to staff to sort it out as I had plenty of data.

OTTIMO

+ Clean and close to everything. There is a 7 eleven just in front of it that makes it perfect.
