La communication avec le propriétaire est excellente, il est possible d’arriver tard dans la nuit, il y a un check in sans contact même si cela n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce. Propriétaire serviable et arrangeant, situé au calme, ce bel appartement est bien aménagé, propre, tout le confort ainsi que la clim, le linge de lit et de toilettes sont fournit. Quartier résidentiel avec deux petits commerces d’appoint dans les rues adjacentes, mon séjour dans cet établissement a été merveilleux merci.

Tout était ok, juste un peu loin du centre mais au prix des taxis qui ne sont pas chers du tout, ce n’est pas un problème.

Тёплый приём, чистота и порядок.

Чистые и комфортные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Всё что нужно и ничего лишнего.
Хороший кондиционер и интернет.
Удобное расположение в 15 минутах от центра пешком.
Тепло встретили и помогли заселится поздно ночью, всегда были на связи и отвечали на все вопросы.

Очень мало места для парковки авто. Владелец помогал с парковкой, но это не очень удобно.

Tutto autentico e perfetto

L’appartamento è pulito e ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi bene. Ha un piccolo spazio esterno dove puoi rilassarti. Lo consiglio a chi vuole vivere una esperienza autentica e che vuole relazionarsi con le persone locali. Noi ci siamo trovati davvero bene sia con l’appartamento che con il proprietario che ci ha accolti con tanta ospitalità e con tanta energia positiva. Ci ritorneremo. Abbiamo un bellissimo ricordo.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The hotel was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Its location was perfect, just a short walk from the market, which made getting around very convenient. The facilities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I honestly couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable place to stay in Yerevan. It has everything you need, it has a nice outdoor space to relax. Very tidy and clean. The host is very attentive and kind.

It is good to mention that to access on foot you have to climb some slopes. But it's nice at the same time, to get to know other corners of Yerevan. For this reason you can also have a nice view from the bedroom window ;). A taxi (using the Yandex app) it’s be very useful.

Отличное тихое место, чтобы остановиться в Ереване. Рекомендую!

Комфортный, уютный и чистый номер. Вся необходимая бытовая техника в наличии, всё работает. Постельное бельё, полотенца - свежие. Хозяин - отличный парень, всегда на связи и готов помочь. Месторасположение - немного вдали от центральных улиц (до центра, до площади Республики - 1-1,2 км примерно), но это и плюс, так как всю ночь можно спать с открытыми окнами без какого-либо шума с улицы. Я был в Ереване в конце мая и реально - слышно было только ночных птиц.

Truly a good deal for what you get

Clean, comfy. All the amenities you need is in the flat.
Internet is good. Can easily relax after a long day out.
Owner is responsive. Can also contact him through whatsapp.
Felt very safe.

Not really a problem for me, but the property is 20-25min by foot from the city center. Taxis are affordable though and are everywhere in Yerevan (use Yandex).
It can be difficult to find on Google maps, just ask the owner for the property address in English. It can be easily searched through Yandex which is the app that's widely used in Armenia.
Water gets cut off for few mins early in the morning. Not sure if that happens throughout the day. Can be nice to get information about it specially if you have plans in the morning. Electricity got cut off for maybe 1 hr. asked the owner about it and apparently it's normal. I think it was midday when it happened. Not sure if those are every day things, but I'm often always out from morning to night so it didn't bother me much.
