A spacious, well-located place that shows its age, but delivers 5-star service!
+ The location of this property is fantastic. Being directly across the road from Land of Legends made everything incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and entertainment options just a few minutes away. Several supermarkets are within easy walking distance, and there is a nearby bus stop with regular connections to Belek centre (a 15-20 minute ride, 60 TL). Taxis are also readily available nearby. The house itself is very spacious and ideal for larger families, with two separate bedrooms, an attic with an additional double bed, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The small swimming pool was a lovely bonus, especially as Ibrahim took the time to check and maintain it every day. The house is equipped with everything needed for cooking, grilling, and enjoying meals at home, and throughout our stay we felt safe, welcome, and well looked after. What truly made the stay memorable, however, was Ibrahim. He is, without a doubt, one of the best property managers I have ever encountered. He was always available, exceptionally responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we were comfortable. Any question or request was dealt with immediately, often faster than what I have experienced in many 5-star hotels. While the property shows its age in places, the combination of outstanding hospitality, a prime location, generous space, and exceptional value for money makes it very difficult to find a better option in the area.
− The house is a wooden property and naturally shows signs of age, weathering, and humidity. Some areas feel worn and could benefit from refurbishment, and there are a few loose pieces of wood around the property, so families with babies or very young children may want to exercise a little extra caution. The furnishings and linens also show their age. Some bedsheets and the sofa have cigarette burn marks, and there are occasional stains visible throughout the house. Guests who prefer a spotless, hotel-like environment may wish to bring their own bed linen, towels, and toiletries. That said, none of these issues affected the enjoyment of the stay. When considering the spacious accommodation, excellent location, outstanding service from Ibrahim, and the overall price, the value for money is truly hard to beat. If you are looking for luxury, this may not be the right choice, but if you prioritise space, convenience, and exceptional hospitality, it is an excellent option.
