− La kitchenette manquait de vaisselle, les volets ne fonctionnaient pas, pas de meubles pour ranger ses vêtements, on entend les voisins car pas d’insonorisation et présence de 2 cafards.

Horrible experience and a scam. No water in the apartment. Noisy. Smelly bathroom. Bad location.

− I regret booking this apartment. I booked to stay for a week, I arrived at night and checked in. Then I wanted to shower, there was no water. No water in the apartment. In the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, no water at all. I had to buy bottled water to shower and brush my teeth. I wrote the host and he said they’d fix the water the next day. He knew there was no water in the apartment and he never mentioned it. The next day a lady came and said they’d fix the water in 3 hours, which was another lie. On day 2, still no water. They expected me to stay for a week without water and told me to come to another hotel to take a shower. I eventually checked out and they had agreed to refund me. I contacted booking.com and they contacted the property, the property refused to offer me a refund. This whole drama lasted for 4 days. They scammed me by purposely renting an apartment with no water and then refused to refund me. I wrote the property on WhatsApp and he said he’d talk to Booking.com about the refund, which he never did. He kept spinning me around for days. I became frustrated. I eventually threatened to report him to the police if he didn’t refund me. He immediately panicked and refunded me.. Booking.com customer service was useless and couldn’t help me. Imagine such a horrible thing happening to a foreigner who cannot speak the language or can’t handle the stress. The apartment has no water. It is very noisy and the walls are thin. You can hear noise from other guests, even when they’re speaking. At 4:00 am there’s a loud prayer from the mosque. Really hard to sleep. There’s a weird smell from the bathroom. The balcony door is spoiled, so you can hear noise from the street. Such a disaster. I don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I had seen a review from someone else about the water situation but I ignored it, until I experienced it. I don’t know why such a scam is allowed on Booking.com

+ Hotel ma super lokalizację. Pokoje mają wlasne zaplecze kuchenne i łazienkę. Właściciel przemiły, pomocny, dbający o nasze potrzeby. Dziękujemy.

− Chwilowy brak wody pod prysznicem. Trzeba było chodzić do innego hotelu tegoż właściciela (blisko).
