Excellent

+ Owner was brilliant and extremely helpful with everything we asked for.

Lovely apartment

+ The apartment is in a relatively central location, with many of Almaty’s main sights and central squares within a pleasant 10–15-minute walk. There are also several shops, cafés and other useful amenities nearby. We received very detailed and clear instructions regarding the check-in process, as well as plenty of useful information about both the apartment and the city. This made our arrival easy and helped us during our stay. The apartment itself is not particularly spacious, but it is practical and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. It has a small kitchenette and a washing machine, which proved especially useful during our few days in Almaty. The bed was comfortable, and we also enjoyed the lovely view from the apartment. The bathroom was rather small. We managed without any difficulty, but it could be less comfortable for taller or larger guests. Overall, we were satisfied with the apartment we chose. It offers a convenient location, useful facilities and good value for a short stay in Almaty.

Very Good

+ Good room and cleanness. The host is friendly and helpful. Quiet place

− The only thing we didnt like was the comfort of the bed It wasn't the best mattress

Excellent apartment, wonderful host, centrally located, beautifully decorated and clean

+ The apartment is cosy and contains all necessary utilities and in fact more than what is provided in a 5 star hotel. The design of this apartment is perfect making it aesthetically beautiful while keeping it functional at the same time. it was really clean and felt like I was moving into a brand new place. The host is very kind, prompt and responds immediately. All instructions are so clear and easy to follow. I had no problem at all accessing the keys in the lockbox or even for storing my luggage after checkout. She was kind enough to offer my storage as I had a late night flight and needed some place to keep my luggage. The location is fantastic. It's close to all tourist attractions. Cafes and stores are around the corner so, one can simply grab some good food within walking distance. Overall, it's a lovely apartment and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Almaty.

Very Good

Excellent stay in a good location

+ We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for 5 nights. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient, with several Indian restaurants and grocery stores just a short walk away. There was one minor inconvenience when the electricity went out due to a city-wide power line issue. However, the owner responded to my call immediately, explained the situation, and was very helpful, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good location, modern spacious apartment in central Almaty

+ Nice design, clean, spacious, central location, good air conditioning, comfortable bed, had kitchen and washing machine, hosts were easy to communicate with

− Unable to pay via card, only cash, pillows were uncomfortable, nowhere to hang your laundry

Loved this cute apartment- would definitely recommend!

+ The location was amazing, and I had stayed in the same building a few years previously so I knew how to get in. Apartment was minimal and clean and had everything we needed. A couple of good breakfast restaurants near by and the location was great for getting around the city. Communication with the host was amazing- thank you!

− The shower was temperamental and if the tap was on at its highest pressure then the shower head would fly out of the socket and water would go everywhere. The electric cut out three times whilst we were there meaning air con, lights and wifi would stop working for at least an hour at a time.

Very Good

+ Nice well equipped & clean

− No sign board in English, no staff to guide on arrival . Had a difficult time checking in as it has a system of self check in

Good Location and Comfortable Stay

+ Location is on a main street and there are supermarkets, currency exchange offices and restaurants and cafes. So it was pretty convenient. Not near a metro station though. The host gave very good instructions on how to collect our keys and we had no problems entering the unit. Did not meet them at all. Apartment was clean and the wifi was good. All the amenities are working. Overall a comfortable stay. Host also provided a list of her recommended restaurants and cafes. There is a McDonalds just next to the building....
